In the video, McClintic looks as she did in her famous arrest photos, with corn rows, glasses and a sleeveless black top.

OK I'm :floorlaugh: @ the facebook quizzes. I hope the defense doesn't think this jury is stupid enough not to know how FB works. You can fudge the questions so you get the reply you want and then post it on your wall and all your friends see it.

How old is the defense attorney? Curious.

If I recall correctly, there are people on the jury who are in their 30s. I'm sure they will be familiar with facebook and how those quiz work, what they are all about. They will be able to explain it to any of the other jurors who are not familiar with facebook. Again, we get the picture Derstine is trying to make, but this is not TLM's trial. MR is the one being accused of murder. Move on please. :moo::waiting: Wonder if the jurors are getting bored listening to TLM being grilled about her wannabe badazz life? :waiting: Yes Kamille I hope the Crown will bring Necro into their re-examination as I believe this rapper was a big influence on TLM and her violent writings and image. :moo:

Derstine says McClintic told someone in her prison she was going in for a police interview/polygraph test. McClintic can't recall.

She said she was planning on stabbing a staff member in the neck. She recalls some of that.

McClintic told the person in the prison, she had drug dealings in the Oliver Stephens area 10 minutes before Tori was taken

McClintic told people in the prison she heard rumours in regards to Tori's mother and why the girl went missing.

Playing a video from McClintic's May 19th interview with police (before she confessed). Describing the Oliver Stephens area.

McClintic, again, denies involvement in Tori's disappearance.

McClintic also says in polygraph she was wearing clothes different than the woman in the white puffy coat, including a dressy coat

Adrian Morrow ‏
In polygraph, McClintic tells the same story as her interview with Woodstock police: she was outside Tori's school but didn't abduct her

RaffertyLFP: McClintic talked to Rafferty a few days before the May 19th interview which included lie detector test - "He told me I hadn't done anything"

Interesting

She was in jail for stabbing a man .... she punched a cop... she had numerous fights in prison ... they don't allow the inmates to have hammers in prison, so I guess she never got the opportunity. I am just amazed that MR got out of there with his skull in one piece and all his parts intact!

IMHO it's too bad she didn't use the hammer on MR and spare Tori the sexual assaults and horrors that poor baby went through. :moo:

RaffertyLFP: McClintid believed if she passed lie detector test then her delusions about not killing Tori were actually true

Video is now over. Derstine asks if McClintic seems relaxed and confidant in the video. She says she's not

RaffertyLFP: McClintic said she went into May 19th police interview wanting to believe she did not kill Tori "I really didn't know where my head was at"

Passed the lie detector test

McClintic appears to be drawing a map of the area where she was walking on April 8, 2009. The area includes Fyfe Avenue and Oliver Stephens Public School. McClintic tells the officer she is aware that there is a video in which Tori appears to be walking with a woman near College Avenue Secondary School on that afternoon.

McClintic appears to be relaxed in the video.

You're a pretty good liar?" Derstine asks. "Typically no," she responds. He calls it an Oscar winning performance.

McClintic says if she was a good liar she wouldn't be sitting in the courtroom today.

She tells Derstine she remembers telling an officer her theory of the crime. Derstine asks for the jury to be excused.

Heeney agrees. No tweets until they return.

wow... thanks for posting all the tweets everyone  I am rendered speechless at TLM and...well... everything ..

Her FB wall was open for all to see. If we saw it then MR could have seen it before April 8th. We'll never know.
What the heck was he doing in the pizza store anyway?

MR was in the pizza shop looking for a "pretty little number".;) I stand by my theory he scoped her out long before he ran into her in the pizza shop. He needed someone to help him carry out his sick fantasy and she was a perfect fit for the crime. :moo:
