Yes, could be presents but there had to be something in it for him, imo.

LaSenza is lingerie so maybe he figured he'd get her to say ok come along for the ride. IDK

Wish we could know why that was brought up. Maybe it was to prove what was found in the car?

On May 14 he went to a Bell store to get a new BlackBerry, telling the sales associate that the battery wasn't lasting very long and he was having trouble with his chargers, court heard. He was given a loaner phone that day. Rafferty told Woods that he was getting a new phone because his old one got wet, but Bell documents show there were no signs of liquid damage to the BlackBerry.

Police were finally able to find Tori's remains on July 19, 2009, after cellphone records showed there were two calls made from the Mount Forest, Ont., area from Rafferty's BlackBerry on the evening of April 8.

has it been established yet if MR held a Cdn passport...in order to cross the border into the states one must have a passport...I do it at least once a month..one time a photo ID served the purpose but now at the border crossings that I enter a passport is a must...I read where J. had his birth certificate so I guess this is what he used to cross for the shopping spree...I am surprised if he was able to use this now but maybe because of the recession in the USA some border guards are not that fussy...CDN's have contributed greatly to the US economy in the past couple of years and I have even noticed a change in the custom guys (state side) they are not above sharing a joke or two now with you (something that I never experienced before this year)...it's the Cdn custom guys now that can be rather haughty...JMO anyway if J was off to Vegas I would assume she was flying down there so if MR was planning on hitching a ride with her via air he would indeed need a passport...just wondering....

No kidding!! Some of these women must be so relieved that he got arrested. Ugh ! I can't imagine what must be going through their minds.

I wondered that too about a passport. When did the laws change that you had to have a passport to travel across the USA/Canadian border??? It has been sometime in the last couple of years.

June 2009 in came into effect

Regulations that require a passport for entry to America by land or sea from Canada have gone into effect as of June, 2009

That has happened. I had customers calling to change their cell number because they were getting too many text messages from contacts of the person who had owned the phone previously

I got a new phone recently. I woke up and had a text sentto me at around 2am; telling me that the person needed w**d immediatly. I debated sending a message back letting him/her know that whomever had the phone perviously no longer has it, and that I am a police officer(which I am not). I did however,send them a message that i was not the intended recipeint and to let any other clients know as well.

Don't know but have been wondering myself. He was described as needy. It appeared he moved quickly in relationships (lol) perhaps that was one way of presenting himself to insinuate quickly into women's lives? It is my belief he would do these things to get close and get whatever it was he wanted from these women. Money,place to stay,etc. Or simply maybe he was buttering her up to see if she would take him along to Vegas. I don't doubt he would of loved to have gotten as far away as possible at that point. MOO

Well, buying her stuff, giving her his passport, I'm going to venture to guess that he was using this as manipulation to get her to do what he wanted to.

I think he did the same thing with TLM. Buying her drugs, giving her (her mom) furniture and God only knows what else.

Hard to get into a criminal's mind.

No. IIRC, JW's trip to Vegas was scheduled for the 20th. He got arrested on the 19th.

They did go 3 days prior to that and he was looking for his Puma shoes. Didn't find the ones he was looking for.

Yes, they went together on the 15th, and she was going to leave May 20 for Vegas, but he wanted to go again on the 18th. I don't think it was specified if the 18th was to be both of them, or just him. The fact he asked for his birth cert back made me wonder if he was planning on going himself on the 18th or was just asking for it back because she was leaving on the 20th. Just wondering why his plans for the trip on the 18th didn't seem to materialize that we know of.

You know you could keep the message, and if it happens too often, phone the carrier and ask them to change your number, and if you show them proof of the harrasement, they will do it no charge
