Document says Rafferty got his new blackberry at Masonville Mall on May 20th. It's a typo, Brady says. It was May 19th.

We're starting to see his attempt at covering his tracks now.

1) Not using his car

2) Puma Shoes

3) New Cellphone



He was starting to get paranoid. Perhaps something TLM told him? IMO

That, and also him telling JW he felt he was being blamed for her disappearance. If he had nothing to hide, he wouldn't have said that IMO

imhoo (moo moo moo) they have so much on him it is not even funny.... There was never this much on Jason Young but the jury was able to put all the pieces together and figure it out.

they dont cross examine every witness, so does it just depend on how long they knew him and how involved they were with him?


Mike Knoll:the cross-examination is optional. It depends on what the defence believes can be achieved.
