Her demeaning tone about Logan's job really irks me. Granted, a 99 cent only store isn't the same as Trump Tower, but at least the kid had a job and was trying to be a dad to his son.

I didn't see Logan testify. Was it moving? Did he come across as a grieving father whose child was stolen? Because if he came across as sympathetic, then her demeaning tone is going to hurt her.

THIS case, at THIS point in time, has nothing to do with finding Gabriel. It's about Tammi Smith interfering with custody of the minor child, Gabriel, and forging documents. That's it. That's all this is about.

I have to believe that this jury is intelligent and sees exactly what we are all seeing....and yes, the hostility is very obvious.

He was totally credible on the stand. He got kudos all around. He was open and honest and it was backed up.

Well, and even if she is found guilty, she will likely serve almost nothing.

But we have a social contract in this country. And that is that crimes must be prosecuted and punished.

If what they are accusing her of is correct, she enabled the situation that caused an unstable mother to either steal or murder her baby, in order to deprive the father of his precious son.

We have to be willing to use tax dollars to prevent such monstrosities. :moo:

Logan came across as a guy who has had a *****ty life, but goes to work every morning and tried to be a father to his child. Nothing too dramatic, and I liked that.

My recall is that Tammy did say she was joking (laughing) when she told Logan he needed to sign adoption papers for Elizabeth to come back. Oh, but she just remembered that she was kind of "chuckling in a joking manner" -- but not joking.

He came off very well and extremly credible...I cried. He broke down when they went over EJ saying she killed the baby....
