What is wrong with people? Who would want to threaten a family intending to hold a memorial service for their murdered child?

The bio father is quoted as using he/him pronouns when talking about Jesse, https://www.cbc.ca/news/canada/brit...her-tumbler-ridge-shooter-statement-9.7087928 That's in some of the written statements. I didn't listen to the news recordings.
That tells me the father likely didn't accept his child's transition. MOO

I don't think it really matters

Of course it matters. It mattered to the murderer and her mother. It should matter to the parents of the kids who were killed. To me transgenderism and how family members view it, is similar to a young girl getting pregnant and getting kicked out of the house. The same as a young boy admitting to his parents he's gay and treated like a pariah.

People are kinder to people who have committed crimes, giving them a second chance instead of writing them off as a freak of nature. If people had accepted her for her transgenderism maybe there wouldn't be a thread on WS where it's obvious to me, that many people who have compassion for people who've turned to criminality because of crappy upbrings are rigid in their inability to give grace to people like Jesse because of their religious views which always seem to be at odds with Jesus's views on love your neighbour.
