Father asked two neighbors if he saw her around 8:45 PM. He said he thought she was probably at a neighbor's house watching cartoons.
If they didn't know the body fell out...how was the tarp still covering the entire body? It just seems kind of odd that the body falls out, and the tarp falls out to, perfectly on top of the body. I'm not saying it's not possible, just that you would think the tarp would be off a bit, and part of the little girl's body would be in open view. Or even that the little girl would be on top of the tarp instead.
LE in an article from the Daily Mail stated they think she fell out. I hate going where I'm going to go, so.....I'm thinking the person driving the truck had an "oh crap" moment when they got to a dump site and realized they better play dumb and report her missing asap.
IMO and basing this on what little I know. I hope I am wrong.

Some articles say she was under it, some say she was wrapped in it. We don't know exactly how it was when she was found, or how much things had been messed with by the time the photos we've seen were taken.
IMO - BBM doesn't necessarily mean he didn't know. Lots of parents involved in the abduction/harm/murder pretend to search for their missing child, knowing people would wonder why they didn't.
I'm not trying to blame the parents. I swear... Just adding to the conversation!
That's pretty weird because one of the teen boys (18 years old) was able to immediately tell it was a girl apparently from just seeing her hair.

Chopper 8 is in the air over the area a mile away. ( i think the reporter is being kept a mile away from the scene) They're processing a black compact car in the street for something. FBI evidence recovery team spent several hours in the home of the little girl.
John Smith on tv( oh man, the younger one looks so scared and freaked out )
White plastic bag over her head.
Residents are crying and bringing over bears and flowers to the sight.
OH these cars are in the driveway of her HOME, so they probs belong to her parents or family. :|
LE has been going inside the house with boxes.
Saginaw LE is lead agency, with FBI assisting.
Still BOLO for the red truck.
The hair on a body will look to be in great or even pristine shape on a decomposing body. It may have been in braids or something in it girly.
Schmae, was this info above from the noon broadcast?
I also thought she had a white plastic bag on her head. So how did he see the hair? He took the bag off her head? JMO
This makes sense for why she was in an intersection and it also leads me to believe this red truck has no tailgate , right? It would have to be very bumpy terrain otherwise and it's clearly not, so I'm imagining the truck flew around the corner at a stop sign.
At first, I just thought it was some rubber stuff at first, and then I got a closer look and all I saw was a bag and I saw some hair sticking out and so, I was like, Oh my God! Its a girl! And thats when I dropped to my knees and just started crying, said 18-year-old John Smith.
Witnesses also said the girl was naked, had her hands and feet bound together and a bag over her head.
