WTH

Still no proof of a verified diagnosis but everybody just runs with it.
This actually sickens me to the stomach

It is basically blaming Autism and learning difficulties for his murdering of Athena

Autism groups should be outraged . There is enough misconceptions and generalisation for those on the spectrum without this chit show

I wonder would the spiel of a kindergarten teacher on Tanners issues be holding any weight for defense if it was one of their children he murdered . If it wasn't so serious these witnesses would be laughable but anger is rising in me like the bile these 🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬 are spewing

It is sickening.

Using autism without producing an actual diagnosis.

It's a double blow.

Is the jury out? This must ne voir dire of this witness.

She's an autism specialist BUT DID NOT TEST HIM FOR AUTISM.

This is so wrong.

Using an autism specialist to further the idea he has autism but conveniently never tested him for autism because there just aren't any standard tests for adults.
She’s not qualified to diagnose autism. She can’t do it.

TH has empathy for animals and characters in video games.

What does this have to do with the supremely uncaring, horrendous crimes against Athena?

IMO they don't want her or anyone to evaluate him.

He has far more in common with the sociopaths who are incarcerated.

I'm so angry , you can't just label someone with Autism with no diagnostic examination.

Do the the defense know the hoops an Autism parent has to jump through to have their child diagnosed and the difficulties in gaining services

I'm 🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬 fuming at them just running with this like it's a badge to be got in a lucky bag 😡

We can all go home.

The abduction video is an example of TH having a meltdown.

He was kind, cautious, easy at first. Then became disrespectful
...

Disregulated.

Mr. Horner is an affable gentleman.

This is her conclusion???

  • #2,389
She was surprised there was no head-banging.....

TH was not experiencing a stressful, confusing situation.

He choreographed it.

John Wayne Gacy loved his dogs don't mean chit that Tanner loved animals

I've decided I will pass on this witness. Someone let me know when she is done, I've already heard enough.

She’s another waste of time.

She hasn't even started.

Lunch recess until1 PM CST

Then she'll begin testifying with the jury present.

good maybe I can get some actual work done since I won't be participating in listening to whatever this autism expert who hasn't and cannot diagnose the defendant has to say.

She based all her evaluations on a diagnosis that has yet to be authenticated, in the context of TH's story about hitting Athena with the truck and strangling her.

She should have to listen to the full audio and then I want to hear her call Mr. Horner affable.

The defense must have had him evaluated and did not get a diagnosis of autism. If they had that diagnosis, it would have been front and center of this dog and pony show. Frankly, it’s irrelevant in my mind. Autism does not cause someone to kidnap, assault and murder a 7 year old.

Maybe they should bring Tanner to the next family bbq meet their 7 year old nieces and prehaps allow him bring them for a drive in his van seen as they are all saying it was a bloody meltdown 😡

The electric chair or lethal injection is too good for that 🤬🤬🤬🤬 put him in a bath of acid and let him literally meltdown 😡

The bar for exemption from the DP is quite high in Texas.

TH doesn't come close to reaching that bar.

Agreed. The premeditation is a key element here. Often, people with neurodiverent disability may respond differently to a situation. Or do something on impulse.

But, when the element of premeditation is added here, that is the differentiation. Hmm, no one seems to explain this clinically. Imagine that. All of these "doctors" don't understand the DSM criteria for diagnosis?

Is this the Dr. Amy Fritz on the stand? From Cedar Creek Tree Communications?
