Maybe I misunderstood your post or someone you replied to. I understood you to say that it should be viewed as an accident- and at present time, the officer is charged with manslaughter, pending the Grand Jury hearing.

Its farfetched based on the information we have so far that this cop INTENTIALLY broke into this man's apartment to shoot him in cold blood. From the facts so far they didn't even know each other.

This case however, (seems to) fall outside all the standard protocols. The investigation process will determine is that speculation is accurate, or not.

My opinion is that the story the officer provided seems highly improbable, and seemingly doesn't line up with what the neighbors heard. We will know more soon (I hope). I am trying to remain open minded, but I am having a very difficult time believing the officer's version of events. This opinion is coming from one who proudly supports The Blue.

There is no proof that she knew she was entering the wrong apt.
There is proof though that she shot and killed an innocent man. What's the proof? She said so herself.

So if, as the killer claims, Bo had his door propped open because he was expecting a guest, he would have still had to prop open the door from the garage as well. That "guest" theory doesn't stand up to even minimal scrutiny Why didn't anyone see the "guest" seen walking to his apartment?

According to the apartment web site, there's video of the parking area and lobby that night. The victim's family and their attorneys need to demand that all video of the area that night be released to the public. That's become standard operating procedures in these cop killing citizen cases.

Like the guest isn't gonna be like why the hell is there a blood trail and my friend isn't home?

Think about it Roses. Amber calls 911 immediately. She renders CPR immediately. Do those sound like the actions of a murderer?In the microseconds between when the trigger was pulled and the 911 buttons pressed , When does she have time to concoct a bogus explanation?

Who Cares , she murdered him in his own abode , it was not his problem that she cant find her own way home to the correct apt until she made it his problem , A Man is dead because a "police officer" can't make it thru the day like most normal people do and find her way home , Frankly that's some scary $#@%!!!! She, herself did say that she shot into a dark room. Do you think that was a responsible decision? Particularly by trained law enforcement?
