I didn't say "not charged"... I said "murder"...and you prove my point, manslaughter or something less is the appropriate charge...pending the results of the apartment search

Maybe I misunderstood your post or someone you replied to. I understood you to say that it should be viewed as an accident- and at present time, the officer is charged with manslaughter, pending the Grand Jury hearing.

Its farfetched based on the information we have so far that this cop INTENTIALLY broke into this man's apartment to shoot him in cold blood. From the facts so far they didn't even know each other.

But, I don't believe her story of the door being ajar either.

With the numerous references to a cops work hours, 12 hour days, also keep in mind that they work 4 days on 3 days off and get vacation and PTO just like everybody else.

are those involved in hunting accidents charged with murder?
answer :: no
this is no diff
sorry for those of you who want to weave conspiracy theories, inject racial politics, besmirch the good name of law enforcement

Responsible hunters learn to never shoot when they cannot 1. See their target 2. See behind their target. She didn't make a mistake. She was completely reckless. She was careless and foolish!

“let those without sin cast the first stone”

Well then, by all means, let’s get just abolish the courts and criminal justice system and set all criminals free, you know because we all “sin”.

(MOO, her story is bogus and she needs to be charged with murder)

And then lied about the circumstances.

I have no truck with Amber. She made a mistake. He that is without sin among us, let him or her cast the first stone...

Lots of killers just made a mistake! Free everyone currently in prison! They just made a mistake who are we to judge? Mistakes shouldn't ever have consequences!

Respectfully snipped for focus.

Jim, I appreciate your vigorous support of The Blue, as I am a staunch supporter as well.
This case however, (seems to) fall outside all the standard protocols. The investigation process will determine is that speculation is accurate, or not.

My opinion is that the story the officer provided seems highly improbable, and seemingly doesn't line up with what the neighbors heard. We will know more soon (I hope). I am trying to remain open minded, but I am having a very difficult time believing the officer's version of events. This opinion is coming from one who proudly supports The Blue.

Again, if you have any proof that she knew she was trying to enter the wrong apartment, I'm all ears. ::crickets::

There is no proof that she knew she was entering the wrong apt.
There is proof though that she shot and killed an innocent man. What's the proof? She said so herself.

So if, as the killer claims, Bo had his door propped open because he was expecting a guest, he would have still had to prop open the door from the garage as well. That "guest" theory doesn't stand up to even minimal scrutiny Why didn't anyone see the "guest" seen walking to his apartment?

According to the apartment web site, there's video of the parking area and lobby that night. The victim's family and their attorneys need to demand that all video of the area that night be released to the public. That's become standard operating procedures in these cop killing citizen cases.
Like the guest isn't gonna be like why the hell is there a blood trail and my friend isn't home?

Think about it Roses. Amber calls 911 immediately. She renders CPR immediately. Do those sound like the actions of a murderer? In the microseconds between when the trigger was pulled and the 911 buttons pressed , When does she have time to concoct a bogus explanation?

I'd shoot to kill anybody who I thought was robbing my domicile.
No crime there <modsnip>.

Who Cares , she murdered him in his own abode , it was not his problem that she cant find her own way home to the correct apt until she made it his problem , A Man is dead because a "police officer" can't make it thru the day like most normal people do and find her way home , Frankly that's some scary $#@%!!!! (if that's really what happened)

She, herself did say that she shot into a dark room. Do you think that was a responsible decision? Particularly by trained law enforcement?

If there was no crime, <modsnip> she wouldn't have been charged.

There's actually a video of her pacing back and forth outside during the time before emt arrived. She was not providing first aid. Jim knows this.

Yep. Disingenuous and disrespectful and abhorrent behavior. Sickening.
