Is it allowed to mention not sleuthing any individuals but if you search Maliyah on YouTube you will find the neighbors are really starting to maybe hurt the investigation They entered the apartment and filmed it Shouldn't that be a potential crime scene ???
I saw that as well. Also, the sheets/bedding were off the beds. I thought maybe it was cleared since they sat with Quanell X but I'm not sure where that meeting too place. IMO

I do cleaning/janitorial work. I used to work for a family that mom and dad both had upstanding jobs in our community. As in the ones that answer the 911 calls. The house was unbelievable. Nasty. Never ever got better. I spent half the time shoveling it out. Seriously. They never ever ever had sheets on either daughters or the master bedroom beds. I looked. None. I finally quit. The girls showed no physical signs of any abuse and I stuck it out thinking I'd make change in their lives. It's truly amazing how some people live.

This is so true. You can see this type of filth when you go house hunting. And that's when it's "spiffed up" to appeal to buyers. Messy is one thing, filthy is another. Living in that manner is often a sign of some serious underlying issue, whether drug abuse, mental/emotional, or otherwise.

Amateur opinion and speculation

I'm a bit behind but looking for the latest news and finding nothing so far - I did run across this again
snipped
"That’s a serious issue that the baby was not here with them late that night, before they made the 911 call that the baby had been abducted. More responsible parenting could have easily prevented this," Quannell said.
Piecing together what happened to two-year-old Maliyah Bass
----
so is he saying they made the 911 call at night because I thought it was in the morning? It appears as if he is saying the baby wasn't there at the house that night
IMO

I'm confused.

His quoted words:
"More responsible parenting could have prevented this."

So is he saying he does believe MB was abducted, but if she had parented MB appropriately or responsibly it wouldn't have been able to occur?

Yep, no talk of "the monster who did this needs to be punished", just "okay, it will be hard to move on". So odd.

I'm having real trouble comprehending how both the mother and the bf have accepted that the body found is little Maliyah, without any formal identification taking place.
As a parent, if my child was missing and LE found a body of a murdered child that they had 'reason to believe' was my child, I'd be in complete denial. Without formal identification, then surely a parent would cling on to the tiny bit of hope that LE are wrong and your child is still alive somewhere.

I have a feeling there will be an arrest before LE does a press conference informing anyone about her identification or cause of death. IMO. They are crossing T's and dotting I's. If this isn't the case, then they are waiting for Tox reports because they can't determine COD ( which I doubt) ALL IMO.

Honestly I don’t know how to take his comments - it doesn’t make a lot of sense to me

Does anyone know what store they went to and how far it is from where she was found? Sorry if it's been asked already.

I wonder QX just wanted to tell the rest of us about the store trip without appearing to suggest they went without baby because she was dead?
Or to see if they change stories now, or tell what they bought or LE has video of them buying bleach etc.?
I have wondered if they went to store to dispose if stuff in the dumpster; MBs clothes, ir "broken toybox" maybe had blood ir urine?

No they were at a store late Friday night without the baby girl
Sorry if I offend anyone but I'd be willing to bet that Maliyah was already in the bayou at that time.

I think you may be right. It would be easier to do that in the dark that in the AM. IMO. This whole thing is so disturbing. I pray for answers soon.

Fox 26 did an interview with QX in front of the store they alleged were at without Maliyah. It was part of a segment done by a fb journalist with different news snippets and their opinions. I’m not sure I can post it here bc of the rules regarding sm.
So to give you a mental picture.... It’s an average gas station, not like a little one with like 4 pumps and a small store. Probably has 10 pumps and the store is fairly nice. Being that I’m local and a life-long Texan, I’m pretty familiar with the area but I can’t make out what type/brand of station it is. I thought it was a 7-11 but it’s not. I’m very aware of my surroundings being that I’m single and I would freely stop at that station. Sorry I can’t give you specifics to use in determining distance etc. I can’t tell you how far it is from the apartment.
My own amateur opinion is the station probably had cameras from different angles that clearly showed the baby wasn’t with them in the store or waiting in the car. Pure speculation on my part!
