@Popejohn3 One if the most frustrating things is a "Half Story" If you can't reveal the whole story then don't reveal anything at all as it's likely to be considered as a distraction or possibly attention seeking behaviour which is not what is required on a thread that is dealing with a murder enquiry.
I'm trying to be polite here rather than saying what I should do which is:
Provide the evidence to support your claim or dont discuss at all.
I'll take your advice Major ... I won’t discuss !

PJ3....you do tend to write these extremely short responses whenever people challenge your intention on here ....and I observe...usually ending with an exclamation mark
......just saying

couple of points I’d like to highlight from this article bearing in mind the date 04 2019 that’s 8 years later .
It says here that SC phoned CL the next morning but phone ‘ was switched off’
Yet we know it was switched off at around noon .
The picture of CL is described as ‘ a mistake ‘
Yet it did not make much difference ie it did not deter the two different witnesses from coming forward with info about couple talking and arguing .

WS has been going for around 20 years.
Has any case ever been solved through WS ?
Does anyone know on here ?

I think most people are now agreed that the photo doing the rounds gave an incorrect picture of claudia to anyone who didn't know her...id have either dismissed anyone who looked like the more. representative photo or id. have told the police id seen someone but there was a discrepancy in her appearance.

the witnesses may. have invented their stories

it may have been a. different woman and the couple. didn't. want to get involved.

I dont know if ws has ever solved anything but you've always got to hope...just one small idea might help the police and you might never know

The sightings could also be true.
In fact the witnesses could be her work colleagues but do not want to be involved.

How come I’m not able to have a private conversation with you @cortina ?

they could be work colleagues etc, but I dont think so....the police would have said something like ....they did know claudia and they were sure it was her....or just....they were sure it was her.

its a matter of opinion, etc, but I think the. scene in her house was staged.

ive been told not to talk to strangers

We’re still strangers even on the thread .Only it’s strange I immediately get a message that I’m not allowed to message this person !

I agree that the scene in her house might have been staged but after the deed was done and when he Had hold of her front door key And went back in looking for something or things that were incriminating .

yes, after the deed was done, but I think we disagree about when it happened...I think she was dead or. had been kidnapped before the witnesses say the saw the arguing couple....I dont think it happened on her way to work

if you're going to meet a stranger, do it in public

I havent discounted the witness sitings but I have a question mark over them on my notes because of the possiblity that they may not have happened on the 19th.
We know the photo id of CL that was circulated in the early days was of her with lighter coloured hair so these sitings are possibly true but could have been in the days leading up to her disappearance prior to her having coloured her hair the darker colour.
When did she actually change her hair colour?

I for one would not be here today if it wasn’t for the original photo .

I’m guessing... 10 days ?
