what approx time Suzy cooper rang Peter Lawrence

approx time Peter Lawrence arrived at Claudias House on fri 20th

what time was Peter Lawrences call to NYP to report Claudia logged

suzy cooper called George who was out of town to come back and check claudias. suzy lived mins away and drove ? just thinking x

What about him taking a different route to work .. do you think he was asked to say that too

I would like to know if police asked him why he took a diff route that morning ! Also who jill Rainton meant by older gent from the acomb pub claudia would give a lift to work often x

Ali says he rang her at teatime on the Friday and asked her if ' she had heard from Clauds in the last couple of days'
So that was quite late in the day on Fri that he had rang Ali. I presume he did this before he decided to set off to check Claudia's house.

Thats interesting it says Claudia is reported missing by her father at 14.07. Is this an official timeline @Vixey. Why would he report her missing without checking with family first.

And what about Joans disclosure that she wasnt told until 48 hours after CL went missing.
If she was at Ali's when that phone call came through then her later disclosure of not being told until after 48hours after her daughter went missing would mean that CL disappeared on the Weds

In my opinion yes, but its a complex case and quite where and for what reasons the case may have gone cold is still unraveling. Which doesnt help the living hell the family are still enduring.

Joan was the last known person who spoke with CL. And that was the beginning of the 48 hours .Her friend missed her but gave her some privacy until the following day .
48 hours is not correct !

I’m still reading through the last few pages here, so the point I’m about to make may have been made by others elsewhere.

But this apparently extensive searching of the university residences is, to me, very revealing about what the police think happened to CL.

*Not* that they think any students were involved in any way. I think it is more that they were searching for any benign item belonging to CL that someone on the campus may have inadvertently picked up from the ground and kept.

It suggests they felt a likelihood that CL (or, sadly, her remains) was on the campus - and that they were looking for any items that could confirm that. Which has been one of the rumours as to her final destination for many years.

One of those associated with the case was of course involved in construction at the campus at precisely the time of her disappearance.
