Five to six weeks later all direct debit payments and other monthly withdrawal/ payments had stopped .
No sign of life .
No mail electronic or otherwise
No contact with her family or friends ...
Quit her job she loved .
Yes I would come to the same conclusion the police did .

I have years ago they nearly always answer with a question and seem deliberately quite ready to take offence and not ready to engage probably due to police pressure and cranks too I suppose .bless them .

She loved her job.It is valid to assume she is dead.It is also valid she could be incarcerated but for 11.5 years ?

I can not comment on any incarceration at this stage other than what I mentioned earlier but if the incarceration came in that form then any person surviving that experience would in my opinion need professional help in a protected enviroment for quite a considerable length of time.

It's news to me that she spent time in the south of France prior to her disappearance .

I did. I thought there were a few alarming quotes and glances away from the camera from JK. You wonder whether a psychologist has ever analysed her body and facial language as they did with Huntley after his tv interviews ...

Seems somewhat unfeasible that the police would spend so much money and time looking for her if they knew she was In a witness protection plan, just doesn't add up, especially arresting 4 people about her dissapearence, I mean talk about elaborate

A witness has to agree to be a witness, afaik. I can't imagine, Claudia would have given up her life only for being a witness and being in a dangerous situation since then.

no but his spokes man did get caught up in a incident in 2017 close by Malton man in Brussels during terror attack but there’s one in 2005 I am unable to access x
