It’s widely believed that she moved to heworth as she had to leave the previous area due to her married men activity. This has largely been confirmed.

But did she not live somewhere else before Heworth Road after leaving Malton ? I recal it was Thirlmere Road near Tang Hall and her dad shared with her . Suzy Cooper lived not far away at Tang Hall . I wondered if she started going to the Nags Head before moving into Heworth Road ?

I do not believe that the press have been accurate with their reporting of this case .

Its my opinion that claudia's movements and the means she used to travel between them in the days leading up to her disappearance were only to be known by Claudia and the people protecting her, and explains why she declined use of Peters car and Joans offer to pay for a taxi. I dont think it was an accident that Claudia had distanced herself from the NH and the people who frequented it in those days.
I dont believe she was ever out of sight of the people protecting her which can be seen at the Uni (Look for the woman in the long beige coat at the counter in the canteen) two people in the lobby one wearing a camo jacket, people in the car park, and the light coloured jacket man also at the uni who I believe met her to accompany her walk part of the way on the 18th)all these people can be seen elsewhere in other cctv around the case.
The left handed smoker on Melsrosegate bridge was in my opinion walking her to work or part way. I say part way as I think Claudia also took the journey or parts of the journey in vehicles.
Different modes of transport/routes would support tactics employed by a law enforcement agancy protecting someone.
A personal vehicle would be used on a daily basis is a target for tampering, hijack etc
where I understand this may appear extreme to some people but I think it will make more sense later.

If the police were protecting her did they not loose sight of her from afternoon of 18th and until she was reported missing ? But then they did jump to it as soon as her Dad reported her missing.
Were they waiting for her to be reported and had they lost her earlier and were already searching ?

I wondered if she was being courted by an undercover cop as he was trying to get to some of Nags crowd . Claudia may not have known that ? Did someone find out that her new boyfriend was a cop ?

Any thoughts on why this hasnt been done to date?

I wondered if Parents didn't want to admit she was dead and so didn't push for or even blocked an inquest for that reason .

Was she captured on the melrosgate Cctv on the morning she was supposed to be with a mystery boyfriend a couple of days before she disappeared ?
And if true the chances are she went home at about 4.30 am .
And this would be by private car or a taxi . Any cctv footage of this ?

I find it strange that Police have not show any footage of Claudia walking to work prior to her dissapearing from the days and weeks leading up to this .
Is this because she didn't walk along Melrosegate (would be the quickest route) or was it because she was always given a lift ?
As there has been no appeal for Claudias lift givers to come forward , the police must have eliminated them or did she go a different way or from perhaps a boyfriends house to work as she may have done the night she stayed out all night Monday / Tuesday am .

what time was Peter Lawrences call to NYP to report Claudia logged

And what about Joans disclosure that she wasnt told until 48 hours after CL went missing.
If she was at Ali's when that phone call came through then her later disclosure of not being told until after 48hours after her daughter went missing would mean that CL disappeared on the Weds

She said.. 'I wasnt told until 48 hours later If I had known I would have gone straight there. What happened in those 48 hours I dont know I just cant get my head around that'

In reality, Claudia could have been missing anytime after her call with Mum on evening of 18th March.

I have asked this question to cold case
was Claudia seen on cctv on these days
16th to and from work
17th to and from work
18th to and from work
19th to work
I was told immediately that she was not seen on the 19th on any cctv.. they would get to me re the other dates but they were working on a case so it may takes some days
That was some months ago now I still have no reply..
