Absolutely agree,it is very possible that Claudia left her property on eve of the 18th on foot or via a vehicle. Home when calls were either made or received. (taxi?)
Yes likewise in the mornings as police suggest

As you suggest the condensation on the window may have been the reason for the blurr but we know the quality although blurry was good enough for NYP to identify Claudia at some distance.

Do you have any thoughts on where she went when said to have gone errand?
@keep-it-real I wondered if Claudia went to a local phone box to make a call that she didn't want to show on her phone-There is one close by and I'm sure that the police could check numbers called from that phone box between 14:50 and say 15:15. Off course if it was to a "Burner" phone we would probably be none the wiser.

Putting aside any thoughts that Claudia did not walk out of her house alive. If you liken the missing case of Corrie McKeague to the 'how on earth did he get out of the horseshoe area of Bury even though there was CCTV' (that was later found to have gaps in it iirc) to this, then is it entirely possible that Claudia was missed by CCTV too and did venture out or into a car etc? Surely its possible?
@Officer Dibble Indeed. I seem to recall that the CCTV in the Nags Head car park was disabled as it was "Bad for business" would show people leaving late-"Lock inns" and possible drink drivers. If Claudia did not return home on that afternoon but went to stay with someone in a room above Nags Head, she could have been ushered out the back door or even the metal fire escape and into a car that could be seen to have been driven into the car park innocuously by a Pub user and whisked away somewhere else at any time from c15:00 or later on18th March.

Friends say she lead a simple uncomplicated life yet her sister quoted her “... you know me ... I don’t do normal “

Re ruck sack / scarf and shoe seen near the uni :
I would have thought these were Claudia’s .
If it was some other owner it would probably be a uni student and I’m positive the news that Claudia went missing would have spread through the uni like a forest fire and the owner would have contacted the police.
And if one agrees one should try and account for them in any theory of what might have happened that day .

Do you know if Claudia spent much time with Ali and Danny ?

Why would this person bring them into the nags head on Friday to Jim ? who connected these items together with Claudia so soon x

This does not make sense, but why would Landlord knowing Claudia not contact the police ? So are both accounts of matching Items true, if so then who was this person and how did they discover them snd where! x

According to this Mirror article he didnt actually take the items into the NH he said he had pictures of them.
And the landlord of the Nags Head, Jim Melrom, said: "A man came in here on Friday night believing he had pictures of Claudia's bag, shoe and scarf. We told him to go to the police but he hasn't been seen since."
Missing Claudia Lawrence's last words to pal revealed

Was there an account of these items being found elsewhere ie Facebook or newspaper lost and found if not then then this man motives for turning up at the NH with photos rather than the actual items suggests to me he could have been looking to a monetry exchange for them.
Why wasnt a discription of this man made public surely it would be in NYP's interest to try and find him.

I find it very odd this person had taken photos of the items and went into the nags head pub, for only a good friend of peter Lawrence and Claudia to send them away and not directly contact the police. I presume there was a police presence on the Friday or at least would be at the time Suzy was calling George and others with her concern.perhaps it was at the time suzy was down at the police station, however jim was happy to name alleyman as Dave the drayman, wonder if Jim also said anymore in relation to this person x

I just find it odd that jim named Alleyman as Dave, although he did live just where the white astra van was parked. Police obviously don’t think it is as they would have seen his post. Yes I do wonder if another reason x

Where did he live in relation to where the white astra van was parked?
