No signs of a struggle in Claudias House, slippers by the door, breakfast plates in the sink , toothbrush on kitchen drainer, bed made, ruck sack with chef whites missing/mobile phone all the signs that she left for work as normal. Did she leave to walk or was she picked up?
Who said there was not a struggle? Unidentified finger print was found in CL home. Someone as been in her house afterwards and had a tidy round. It's all just too make it look like she left for work. Something happened to CL between 9pm & 6am.

It does not matter what speculation or what theorys we all have at the end of the day police know who was responsible for CL going missing who is envolved and possible motive. What police are missing is someone too come forward to piece together a few missing pieces of this jigsaw. Although police don't have a body they can still use circumstancal evidence if they can get a good solid case to go to court.

May I ask, why you are so very sure? I wished, I would be sure about at least part of this crime.

Eaten enough Christmas trimmings to last a lifetime? Yes me to! Fancy a bit of mental stimulation ?

The left handed skinny smoker with the hoodie do we have a possible individual that matches this suspect? Perhaps owning a maroon car?
I would like to know also! Not about Christmas dainties, haha, but about the left handed smoker from the bridge.

If something happened between the times you’ve quoted - that suggests it happened in her house? So therefore why the need to go back and tidy up? Surely you’d tidy up before you left? Also why take her rucksack and chef whites?

It’s a good point ... I don’t understand why people are complicating this case to me obviously IMO Claudia set off to work her last shift of the week and someone she knew gave her a lift... I believe the arguing couple are her and her assailant.Things probably just got out of hand.
Now at this point I believe the police know something very crucial but refuse to reveal to the public but will they come to regret not doing so ?
It’s obvious to me for example the new crew probably told the old crew “ why on earth did you sit on the ally man cctv for six years ?”

The house was cleaned and staged by a perp by somebody CL knew boot print on scales just to throw police off. Bed was made there is a few things in the house that just don't add up somebody had deffo been CL house just too make it look like she left for work which she never did. This is were the police know they were lied too by the people closest too her.

Why is obvious CL set off to work? These people arguing it was annominus phone call no evidence the police did the cctv too see if anybody else saw couple arguing it's just elimating that the couple never happened. This was not an accident of something getting out of hand this was well planned

I think the reason people over complicate it is because they are trying to tie in pieces of the puzzle - such as the “nags four” I’ve tried to exclude them and only rule them in if I can find evidence to support their involvement. If you take “the alleywayman” would you describe him as skinny? Would you describe his attire as “hoodie”? I think it’s highly likely it was an escalation as you suggest - and the complete removal of body and evidence suggests to me that she was probably covered in his dna. I also think that her murder took place in that moment just outside the college. She was conscientious and would of gone to work if she was able, she’d of contacted work at the very least. I also think it may explain why someone would return to her house to “clean up”

Few things in the house which don’t add up? Such as?

And I would be guessing that if her bag is ever found her keys would not be in it if he returned to remove things that perhaps belonged to him.
I doubt he would put her keys back into her bag that’s if he still had it that is !

I would not describe the ally man as skinny .
We often wear a jacket with a hood but many do not use the hood .., I’ve seen people in the rain but seem oblivious they have a hood to use

Maybe you are checking too frequently - hoping for something new . I’m finding it hard to be open minded to a planned event. But just for interest let’s evaluate it mad Paul. So what’s the motive?

See this is where I think he may have had to involve others. If you go with the theory he’s slept over, given her a lift in the morning to work, somethings happened and then he’s returned to “clean up” he’s got her keys but he doesn’t have her alarm code - a man and woman seen outside? A man stood outside with windswept grey hair looking like he’s in a trance? We’re all these sightings make believe to?

I don’t believe in no clean up. I believe the ally man was kinda stalking her probably wanting to know more about the up coming holiday abroad or even extended coming week end starting after her planned meeting with her dad.
She could have ignored him but he caught up with her before she could get into the uni where he would not be allowed to enter.
You talk of her dna being all over him could this be blood ? Could the police have found her dna in the uni grounds ?
Could this be the missing piece of the jigsaw ?
I suppose there would have been a tent put up alas

His dna being all over her. (If they’d spent the night of 18th/morning of 19th together

There was a report of a man stood outside Claudias property on the early morning of 19th March at around 6.50ish am looking like he was in a trance or “miles away” or words to that effect

The trouble with these reports we don’t know much about the witness I mean was the witness a neighbour? Passing by on foot ? In a car ?
How long did they observe him there ?
And being a terraced house and a small front garden it’s easy a mistake to make assuming that his interest was on no 46
