Did it coincide with the date two people were seen at Claudias door by the person sat in traffic
also do you know if the attempted break in at Cluadia's was by the front or back door

However, Can I ask if you were the lurker, would you let yourself be seen by a myriad of CCTV cameras.
Unless:
1. Alleyman was there for an innocuous reason and wasn't bothered about being seen
2. It was not a premeditated killing and things got out of hand
3. Alleyman was completely unrelated to the Claudia disposal
4. They wanted to be seen Lurking around her house so as to throw the scent away from the actual place Claudia was at

Given the number of visible CCTV cameras in Heworth Place and the high mounted one in Limes Car Park, and the way that Claudia disappeared.
This does not suggest that the culprit (s) would be foolish enough to be caught on camera.

Regarding Point 4 above-When you look at how White Jacket person looks up at Costcutter camera that day, there is an element of them wanting to be detected by the camera. Almost pointing to a wave as if they are saying "Yes this is me an I'm here for you to notice"

It would answer a DNA question. Was the seat headrest adjusted as well to suit a tall person; and was there a Cigarette found in the car?

I wonder If they were 'Red Herrings' ?; or was it actually a case that a smoker who is tall? regularly travelled in Claudia's car. If I travelled in someone's car that I did not know very well:

• Then I would not even ask the owner if I could have a smoke in their car
• And I wouldn't bother adjusting seat positions etc or 'even have the cheek to ask if I could start re-arranging the furniture'

Therefore; was someone who smoked and was tall, regularly spending time in Claudia's car?

I would have thought the police checked for sightings of Claudia’s car going back to when she was driving it to try and find out 1 where she was travelling to 2 possibly see ( identify ) the mystery smoker !

Just seen what Ouzid put above about potentially moving a body or drugged person out of house without being seen, could you really get to the Nags via a fire escape from her house?!

If whoever did it had the right connections at the pub (and seemingly from what police suspect they did) that would be a pretty ideal way to dispose given the chef wasn't around and upstairs rooms were likely empty so would give some time without any suspicion whatsoever given all this would be out of view.

Oudzuid also referred to Claudia possibly using the back alleyway and up the stairs of the fire exit but someone surely wouldvhave had to let her in !

I'm sure they did; but from their appeals, it would seem they did not succeed. My point was mainly a suggestion though about if the passenger was a regular or not

He was with white coat man or watching him as both appear at exact time morning and night x

@Popejohn3 I would say that he didnt want to be seen WITH the person in white jacket.
This is very different.
If you watch the cctv footage. Alleyperson comes into sight a few seconds with white jacket person BEFORE stopping.
As has also been said, both suspects appear in CCTV footage evening and morning and so they were either tracking each other or doing something together.

This activity took place at almost the same time of day.

Discussing the appearance of White jacket:

• They appear to be wearing oversized clothes
• There is the outline of something underneath the jacket-Could be a backpack, albeit an empty one
• The person could be wearing a wig
• The person could be (As could be Alleyperson) Female

In much earlier postings in this thread from last year it was said that White Jacket had a resemblance to two people that I cannot name:

The Son of an arrested POI
The owner of a local business-I am unsure if I can name this person as they are not connected to a POI but followers of this thread will know who I mean.

@Inspector Evans Yes you would exit CL garden onto alley, turn Left and walk to end of alley. In 2009, it was then possible at the end of alley to come into Nags Head Car Park at rear.

Regarding the Fire Escape-If someone left the door open or even was waiting to let someone in

Were Alleyperson and White Jacket working as a combo?
One at top of Escape or in a room and one at CL house?
