Work Colleague? Where in my post does it say “work colleague”? Whilst you are talking of mobile phones - let me further this line. The police originally stated Claudias phone was active in the Acomb area in the weeks leading up to her disappearance. Acomb is a small suburb of York. They also said her phone was still active close to her home two hours after she failed to turn up at work. These are precise locations.

I am not asking you personally. I am illustrating if you were a suspected perp and in the hot seat - how would “you” (if you were the perp) explain Claudia phone connecting to your phone? Given it’s range is only 10feetish.

Yeah I’d guess you’d say no comment (in my opinion) it’s a tough one then, no body, no scene, no clear motive - she may not even be dead - yes we all know she most likely is, however -it’s a dead end. Unless someone comes forward and owns up - I don’t think it will ever be solved. What I do know is - it’s apparent that there are people who do know enough to get the ball rolling on social media. Will they be brave enough? Who knows!

I haven’t seen it either where police mentioning admitting the above. It is on MSM. Look for it. Further more it matters not wether you accept it or not. This is my final comment re this point.

I know blonde rabbit doesn't. want to discuss this anymore....id just say. that it. is a very plausible theory, but at the moment its only a theory and you could turn it round to say that whoever the phone belongs to is. unlikely. to crack, but their friends or associates who probably know what's going on maybe would do, so well try putting pressure on them.

I think most of us. are in agreement about. why this happened, but I, for one dont know who was behind it. or who carried out the deed...but our theories are just that....theories....arent they

Essentially you rely on the professionals. In this case the police and the review team etc. the original investigation focussed away from the home, once you have researched you realise the answers lie much closer to home. I think it’s likely two individuals were involved initially and then “others” helped them. I look at the media interviews and appeals by close friends - it must be a daily torture knowing they had a hand in covering up a dirty deed on a kind young woman who was a top top friend.

The spotted cow is the pub Claudia and her friend Liz would often drink in.The same Liz from Malton who spoke to Claudia via text, many times on Wednesday evening .P-M, Claudias ex partners, it was also his local. Claudia had started drinking in this pub again since late January 2009. She had started spending more time with her old friends again. Many speculated that Claudias relationship with her ex had been rekindled. But that is only gossip! x

Claudias bike was propped up in her narrow kitchen. I believe she would leave on her bike through the rear entrance. And using it regularly, for it to be in the kitchen and in the way imo x

Perhaps Claudias lover was angry over a rekindled ex relationship. Perhaps locals and non locals to the nags pub are all aware of what happened. And no one will speak up, and speak openly or truthfully on this love triangle IMO x

But I believe it may have caused a scene in the local Nags pub, with the other half! I believe this happened on the Friday night prior in the Nags pub. I believe Claudia said too much that night,and the other woman was furious upon leaving. I feel this nee lover may have been enjoying the races also that day x

SC was one of Claudias more recent friends of only a few years. When Claudia lived in Malton, SC lived in the Midlands before moving to work for Nestle in York and residing in the Tang Hall area.
SC may not have recognised who Claudia ws with because she could have been with an Ex from some time back. Just my opinion.

The fact the DI mentioned old friends and acquaintances Claudia had started socialising with again.The fact Claudia had started drinking in the spotted cow again, in the weeks leading up to her disappearance. Also the message exchanges between Liz and Claudia the night she disappeared, and the concern Liz displayed whilst interviewed in regards to Claudias safety. Strange considering Claudia usually would walk alone that route in the weeks leading up to her disappearance. Her car was in the garage prior to the recent engine problem. It is an awful Shame that garage did not offer a 12 month warranty in the sale of the vehiclePlus two locals who knew Claudia stated that she was dating one of the rogues prior her disappearance,and then after Claudias other friend started a relationship with this male. This is locals claims and possibly lies and speculation. This is partly how I came to that theory of a love triangle! Oh and the recording of the journalist’s, the day of arrests in HWP!

I believe Peter Lawrence used to go early and leave early !
Could these friends were of foreign appearances? Perhaps Cubans ? And is this what made the police go to interview Cubans who lived in Alderly edge Manchester in the very first 7 /10 days of the investigation?
The police did not divulge the fact they were Cubans but The Sun newspaper ( on line )said so to the astonishment of the police !
