It is a possibility - though then you have to fit all the other evidence around that theory - her phone calls and communications much later, the activity outside her house at 9.01pm on the 18th, alleywayman, the breaking focus etc etc

thanks very much k n I t t y and sorry for causing you so much work.
Im going to have to withdraw from this thread, because I have nothing more to say and I think its too complex a case to be dealt with here..all the theories are out there and if the police can't prove anything with what they've got, that's it...normally a lot of people being involved means someone will give something away...but I. think the opposite is true here..too many people left to take revenge.
I think there was another factor at play other than Claudias love life, but if I say what it is, ill give the mods more work.and.i think..her murder was planned...I don't know if the person who planned it was the person who killed her but I think pope John is right when he says we've probably never heard of the person who planned it...I think this other person either drew or. forced other people in...I think there were essentially 2 groups...a group within a group....I think Claudia was out of control when drunk and had. said or done something to make her a great danger

Alleyman - did the same manoeuvre twice. Which you have to account for. Plus he had a very short time - a matter of seconds off camera.

As we seen in the CCTV footage, when alley-man stopped on the corner. A black vehicle drives past,as white jacket man passes by. Alley man waits, screen freezes for a zoom in and he continues to proceed. Heading in the direction of claudias. But as alley man approaches Heworth road, from Heworth place That same black looking vehicle passes again. If indeed it is the same vehicle, then how much time had really actually passed by. How long would it take, to go full circle passing back in the same direction. As strange as both males (alley man/White Jacket man) caught in the short time frame on both evening and morning footage. My point is,any length of time we are lead to believe. May be much longer than we are told .It has been a while since I have watched the cctv footage. Did all CCTV footage have time running throughout what was shown?

The cctv, although darker at 5.30 am inside the uni of claudia. She looks much darker hair, and a more of a shapely figure. Just my opinion. Plus , did the woman with shorter blonde hair have two bags in the footage?

JK and Claudia had booked their holiday, starting a week later.Easter break! RC said she had planned to stay with him, and visited him many times. SS said he had grossly exaggerated the amount of trips previously,and if visiting, would stay with him.Two very different accounts, from two friends on the island.

JK was living in burnholme in 2007,with a friend.Was she living with Claudia prior Heworth road. JK also stated she met up with Claudia to discuss a problem she had. Alexandria,Claudias sister confirmed this as Claudia told her the same upon cancelling a planned visit. So was that Tuesday or Wednesday! It must have been a serious matter to cancel her sister, yet again. Apart from work colleagues on Wednesday, was JK the last friend to see Claudia in person. I wonder If Claudia helped JK with her problem on the Wednesday evening x
