This is a useful timeline reminder, with all the evidence together. I question the assertion 'she was on her phone most of the night ' - it was 20 minutes, tops, and she needn't ahve been in her house. She may have been trying to indicate to people she was in trouble, but with people watching her speak. Also, the reminder there was no CCTV footage of her going home after her shift suggests to me the alleyway man was indeed going back for her rucksack, which has her phone, and possibly accidentally had her hair straighteners in it.Then again, he's also there in the 5am footage the following morning, so what do I know? According to the video, the car which may have pulled up suggests she may have been taken back to the house at night and then away again at the front door (?) - or something taken from the house? Then, if she is then held somewhere and doesn't have her phone, she perhaps has left it there deliberately to indicate she is taken but then they press her to tell them where it is and then alleyway guy retrieves it on foot (suggesting she isn't held very far away, especially as he goes in the direction of the Nags (alibi -returning to the pub?IS there CCTV int he pub night ?). White jacket guy being someone who knows Claudia, so alleyway guy avoids him? Then he goes to drop the bag to a car/or another house before returning to the pub, pretending he has been in the loo? Just hypotheticals here, but it seems like it might hold up.

Another question before I go to bed: if her bag is retrieved,with phone and straighteners, the only missing items from the house, why were they there and she wasn't? If the guy was leaving the alleyway at 5am the next day, did he go back in the night? Or did he leave the pub and go directly to the house, knowing she was there? Did she NEVER LEAVE the house? If she didn't even reach the house, why would he need to return there in the morning after retrieving the bag? Or did he go there after the pub in the night and stay overnight? If alleyway guy IS connected, either she was there, or some evidence of what happened was. If police found no evidence at all in the house, did she never reach the house and the bag was not hers but contained something taken from the garden/alleyway? If a drunk man didn't understand GPS, was returning to the house with her phone in a bag and then going to the pub an attempt to locate her somewhere she wasn't? I don't know how accurate GPS was in 2009. I'm sorry for going on. I'm just throwing ideas about. I hope that's OK. It's new knowledge to me in the video link posted earlier that the police were warded off investigating twice. That suggests gang links to me. People who feel powerful in the area. Not a reflection on Claudia, but perhaps on the circles of the people who caused her disappearance.

I believe a ‘shadow’ entered her house when she returned in the evening !and since it corresponds with the time she was meant to be there the police ( rightly imo ) assume it was her : this info from the cctv recording from house opposite !

The trouble with the CCTV opposite is that it was inside a doorway or porch and the window was steamed up due to the cold weather.

Can I just say I think you have the wrong word and it borders upon indifference by JK And SC - especially SC - I put the full weight of Claudias father going to his grave without closure on SC’s shoulders!

When you watch the released footage - ie that released by the Police - the footage jumps many frames - And YES... even i myself years ago presumed there was only one tall person (only because I assumed such after being told so). The TRUTH is in the footage. The story is there. Undo the false assumptions and watch it again. Two people are there... so close...held... one being dragged. The shadows of 2 figures are darker when there are 2 shadows overlapping. One figure casts a smaller (not as dark shadow). Two figures (real close) move to the right alley. One figure returns (moving left) and is met by a woman before the corner. Ever frame containing the same walking figure is an assumption. The figure is NOT as tall as one presumes. The figure is bent over at some places - dragging the other figure. It is the the background that provides fake head shapes where one presumes a head should be. Again.... the figure is not as tall as one would presume.

ML said there were two people a long time ago. He said images were blurred to remove the second person.

Why is he, when he begins to walk again (morning CCTV) and is near to the corner of the building, looking back over his shoulder and also looking to the left on the main street like a thief by night (how actors behave in a bad movie)? I have the feeling, he didn't want to be exactly recognized by the short man with white blazer, who passed him before from left to right on the pavement of the main street.
When Claudia was letting in an unknown man into her home (both on their phones at the same time, Claudia surprised) and looked to the left and the right for possible observers, she also behaved like a thief in a bad movie.
What was going on there, if "everybody" had to watch their environment for possible enemies??

You are correct, however it’s hard to get over without knowing the circumstances in which it was ruled out - because it’s so suspiciously parked across the kerb at the critical time. - also there is another vehicle in front of it - to which a man can be seen getting into at 9.01pm on the 18th March 2009 - could it have been shielding this persons movements?

Oh God that's utterly terrifying. It's weird that there's not more CCTV available of that side of the house - was some from the pub destroyed that would have shown us something (not implicating people running pub, could easily have been done by an intruder) - why were there not more buses around or dashcam footage or anything?
