With respect I think that’s a big stretch.
Perhaps but one would think they would start the clip a bit earlier to perhaps eliminate that person ?
After initially the police would have been only looking for females that resembled Claudia ?

Tell you something I always ponder over - that I’d love to know the answer to. Claudias reported best two friends are Jen King and Suzy Cooper. Jen King lived with Claudia for up to six months according to msm. So Suzy becomes concerned about Claudia - Jen only lives around the corner - why didn’t Suzy ask Jen to check on Claudia - she may have even had a key? Why wasn’t Jen involved in checking on Claudia. Another point I ponder is - Claudias final text according to MSM is to Jen King - the 12 earlies text - why doesn’t Jen respond? Or did she respond and we are not privy to that? If she did respond - didn’t Jen think it was odd that Claudia then dropped off the face of the earth?
Just points I ponder - if anyone can through light please do.
I've wondered that too. If everything between them was as we are led to believe, which I doubt, then its difficult to make it all make sense. SC is happy to sit a couple doors away the night before and have no concerns at all, yet by the next morning is concerned enough to call SGF back from wherever he was to go and knock Claudias door, yet not concerned enough to drive over herself. Then, just based on not getting an answer there is enough concern to call her dad. No one calls her other best friend which seems the next logical step, especially as you say she may have still had a key.
It seemed to go from zero to panic mode......all apparently because SC didnt get a text on friday morning. Because if we are to believe that SC and the others in the Nags that thursday night had no concerns when Claudia didn't show up for drinks, ( which seems to be what they have said) then the concerns could only have set in the friday morning when SC woke up to no apology text from Claudia.
If I were in her position and had no concerns about anything serious happening to my friend , it would be our other female friends I would turn to first to see if they had heard from her and knew why she hadn't turned up and was now not answering me.

With regards to the text, I feel like its lacking context. Did Claudia send it out of the blue or was it part of an ongoing conversation? Did it relate to the next 12 days or some 12 days in the future? Was it actually sent on the Wednesday? Although reported in msm, it doesn't seem to get given much emphasis in the investigation.......

Quote from article Pricklykitty just put on. "And the landlord of the Nags Head, Jim Melrom, said: "A man came in here on Friday night believing he had pictures of Claudia's bag, shoe and scarf. We told him to go to the police but he hasn't been seen since."" What happened to that person? Did he go to the police? Where is he now?

When you consider this report it’s obviously totally bogus. Why if you had pictures of Claudias bag would you walk into a back street boozer and tell them??? You’d obviously go to the police who has a major investigation going on. AND then this further adds fuel to the fire - something has taken place in the nags and they believe the worlds made up Of fools!

It seems in the immediate aftermath two other people disappear off the face of the earth - SGF and JK - ooooo I wonder why?? Could it be that both are at the nags on Wednesday evening 18th March 2009 - ones the landlord and the others bar staff who is said to have a better grip on things than the landlord himself.

(As a portrait expert...) I get a 'feeling' from faces ...and if I recall a similar feeling from an image that I have seen before I will pop it in beside... so others can see all the data and have an opinion on it. [I'm not saying who did what anymore... I'm just letting the visual facts speak for themselves.]

Found this from North Yorkshire Examiner, good analysis of investigation by police and they seem to point towards a stranger killing, which has always been my feeling. North Yorks Enquirer | Claudia: What went wrong?
Its a poor overview of NYP. its all very well using hindsight. The Halliwell case has been proven N/A due to evidence placing him elsewhere. Any and every case you can look back on and say - what could we have done better to improve our outcomes, A stranger was ruled out because they have strong evidence of those close to her being responsible

That was back in 2015. Still no more evidence into 2023. Do we really still think this is the way forward?
Sooner or later, someone will stumble upon a piece of evidence needed to take the case to court - when that happens it may not result in a successful prosecution, though what will happen is it will expose those responsible for Claudias Murder and god help them those that stood in the way of justice a long time ago. It must be like having cancer eating away at you just wondering when that time will come, because it is enviable .

Yes good question!
That person stumbled ? On her personal belongings and had the presence of mind not to touch things so decided to take pictures .
He goes back but they are all gone !
He must have given police through NH people exact location because police went back sat ? Morning but found nothing
Did he or someone else kept them as a trophy?
Did the perpetrator retrieve them that night ?
Re stranger abduction would the ‘new’ mystery boyfriend be classified as a stranger ?
If he was being kept secret by Claudia then yes he would be a stranger to everyone else ?!

What are your thoughts on the police submitting a case to the CPS? And the arrest of 4 local men? CLAUDIA LAWRENCE: CPS to consider charging 4 men
I would let the cps answer that question!
But hey they did didn’t they ? Throw it out as rubbish !
Substituted the word rubbish by insufficient!
Just like the lake search total waste of time but let us just say ‘ nothing of significance’ was found !

You seem convinced the police have the right people yet there is no evidence !

If they have strong evidence why didn’t the cps go ahead ? After all the law has changed and cleared people can be re arrested and tried for the same crime ?

Honestly if this case gets solved who ever solves it deserves a medal.

With respect. Insufficient is a spectrum - take a look at the link I posted earlier today detailing the Claudia Lawrance investigation - it’s a thorough investigation - NYP have worked hard to bring those responsible for Claudias murder to justice - look at the detail, the statements, hours upon hours of finding cctv, compiling data, bringing in specialist resources to get a break through. I find it an insult that you deem this hard work as rubbish. One day it will pay off.
