It would be interesting to see her phone activity when she's been on early shifts before vanishing.
Like when the work colleague said she'd been out until 5am was she txting or ringing in that time exc...
Did she usually reply to unread txts soon as she woke.
If so then its likely something happened at the night on the 18th maybe?

There is some confusion about the time when she received her last text. My understanding is that this text was actually opened, rather than a text being sent but remaining unread.

That text was sent by SS, who was living in Cyprus at the time. Claudia had exchanged a number of texts with SS during that evening, all between 6 and 7pm U.K. time.

Cyprus is two hours ahead of the U.K. in mid-March. For SS, then, these texts were being exchanged between 8 and 9pm Cyprus time. There is some speculation that SS’ final text to Claudia was actually sent at 9.12pm Cyprus time, which would have been 7.12pm U.K. time.

The significance of this relates to whether she was able to open texts after 8.23pm or not.

Like everyone on here I have spent a lot of time thinking about this case and trawling through the web for information on known POIs. Notwithstanding Tri Lamba Delta's conviction that they have solved it (I really hope they have), I can only see two likely scenarios.
If it was someone she knew it would occur on the evening of the 18th and was probably a crime of passion, an argument that turned violent resulting in death maybe unintended. I don't then buy the whole conspiracy thing and multiple people involved, just the perp. The conspiracy theory suggests there was a reason to kill CL, but she was just a single girl working as a chef living a social life. Who benefits from her death?
Second scenario and still my favoured one is that she was snatched by a stranger on her way to work on the 19th. The fact her phone stayed on until lunchtime supports that and there are two potential POIs I found who attacked or kidnapped women both active in the area at that time. Neither have killed you might say but who knows, killers are not killers until they are found out. At before 5am on a dark morning on that route to work there are plenty of possible snatch points, If it was a serial killer they are usually very mobile and taxi drivers, van or lorry drivers who are around at that time of day.
That is my thoughts and if I am wrong that's ok if the case does get solved.

POINT#1 I had a theory at one point (after seeing what i thought was a sniper... with scope on Heworth Rd... and a specific severe haircut. But after reviewing google street maps I have now shown I was wrong. Unless he is a genius and placed himself so perfectly it would be dismissed by me. Respect.

POINT#2 After dismissing this phantom sniper... it made me wonder if ANY of the suspects actually resemble this pareidolia sniper that does have a 'Snelling' severe hairline.

Her mother suggested in a podcast that Claudia was probably abducted on Hull Rd and taken to the docks before she was trafficked to Europe

Just a point of interest, I spoke to a friend on NYP last night and he said they are not allowed on social media sites (including this) as it is treated as surveillance and that has to be officially sanctioned at a senior level.

Hi Everyone. I have just joined Claudia's Web Sleuth discussion. I have actually been following the groups discussion from almost when in started. So I have read almost every entry. I would also like to aid closure for Mrs Lawrence as much as we all would.
I must say I am impressed with the level of intelligent, and analytical input by members and I think its only a matter of time before this case is 'cracked'.
Anyway for starters, I have attached an image that I created via my iMac that seems to add a face to Alley Man. I caught the image the moment the street lamp went on his/her face in Heworth Place. I feel that they have their chin and mouth in a polo neck garment rather than the full image of the face being visible.
It's possible that someone else on here has already captured this image and obviously I could be wrong, but I thought I would kick off with something I have created.
Any comments would be welcome.

A person is in the dark on the left...hammering/chopping.... another figure (hood down - profile visible) is stood looking down at the first... as the bus passes you see a 3rd figure racing with a GARDEN BIN to the corner to avoid being seen.

There would need to be a van or pick up to transport this type of bin, assume it would only be used to take around to the alley at the back. Presume never tested for DNA? Best footage I have seen up to now.
