There would need to be a van or pick up to transport this type of bin, assume it would only be used to take around to the alley at the back. Presume never tested for DNA? Best footage I have seen up to now

I've postulated a similar theory before An_Owl - that there was some kind of drug operation and I do believe I read somewhere that the NH was being surveilled by police for that at the time of the disappearance. As the leading actors all seem to be practically in each others pockets, it would make sense that perhaps there was an indiscreet remark made on the 13th as you say.




Regarding the speculation about shifts. Is it possible Claudia knew she was in trouble once she realised she was indiscreet, and decided to stay away (or was told to stay away) hence the early shifts fib? Add to this the apparent person at the door the night before and her looking out both ways to see if anyone saw them...well - I tend to think she knew she was in strife.

Just a point of interest, I spoke to a friend on NYP last night and he said they are not allowed on social media sites (including this) as it is treated as surveillance and that has to be officially sanctioned at a senior level.

So that means they ARE allowed !
There are many senior officers !

Still a few questions outstanding. How do we know this isn't just a resident taking their bin round innocently? Was Claudia's bin still there at the house? If so I doubt they would take it away and bring it back. Still seems implausible all this alleged activity could occur on a main road relatively early in an evening so close to a pub. Need more convincing yet and some of the images are open to misinterpretation.

You actually didnt ask enough questions when questioning.

Q:WHY use the larger garden bin and not refuse bin? Emptying schedule. It was emptied 17th March.

And innocent residents dont travel as fast (to avoid a passing bus) a routine that creates a ghost-trail of images of their evasion.

Also Heworth Rd is a very long road with hundreds or residents with many shady areas in which to participate in clandestine activity.

The action in this footage is further up the road and not actually at Claudia's house. It's opposite the WHITE VAN parked in front of the known student dwelling (one with the extension).

I would not assume that it was actually Claudia's own Garden bin that was used.

You are FREE to dismiss everything that is TRUE in the footage if you so wish.

Algae loves to grow where blood is spilt. There is also a pavement grate outside #34 where DNA could be taken as it would pool here even after this long. There are 3 spots of algae growth in the 2009 google st images (the route the racing binman took - ie pooling areas) on the pavement.

Say that the perps did use a garden bin to dispose/transport a body. Why wouldn’t they do this via the rear away from a busy road? IMO there doesn’t seem to be a reason for a bin to be out the front at circa 9pm. So it is odd. It’s too dark to gather leaves etc and the houses don’t really have gardens at the front. It looks like the bins were stored at the rear so people probably took refuse out via their gardens. So definitely out of place if the imagery is correct.

It certainly looks suspicious but whether everything you surmise is the truth is another question. Let others decide.

You also wont be able to recognise SCOOTER MAN but you can at least be shown he is there too (blows on nails) Making a hasty exit ( a lot of action on that corner) NOTE: SCOOTER MAN leaves a phantom trail due to his speed (repositioning to exit the entrance to Limes Court) but also note he did not cover as much ground as GARDEN BIN MAN when moving hastily up the pavement. Food for thought.

...RIDER was initially positoned to turn RIGHT out of Limes Court...(but saw something real dodgey)... decided to change to coming out LEFT to avoid it all... but then had to halt - to let the BUS PASS first... BUT he knew BIN MAN had already seen him... who is SCOOTER MAN and what happened to him/her.

A person is in the dark on the left...hammering/chopping.... another figure (hood down - profile visible) is stood looking down at the first... as the bus passes you see a 3rd figure racing with a GARDEN BIN to the corner to avoid being seen.

For me it looks, as if the person, who is dragging the bin, is going backwards, face directed at the bin, hands on the handles. The person can't be going very fast. Is that right???
The bin looks to me like being tilted backwards. This is not the position a bin would be in, when pulled along directed at Heworth Place. It would be tilted forward.
Maybe, I am wrong with what I'm seeing??

He had 2 sons
One lived in France-The older one and he married a French girl.Who found out that she was pregnant around the time of CL disappearance.
The younger one worked as a part time bar hand at nags when he was home from UNI.

CL apparently didn't like Cooper.

He didn't like her either, if I remember right. Therefore I can't understand his possible involvement. Why he of all people? But if several members think of him as a suspect, I have to listen and have to wait for the reasons.

Pulling a bin backwards is one way to pull a handled bin VERY FAST (esp when full) and this would leave the same trail that this person did.

I'm sure many other ways of pulling bins exist. It's a bin.
