Operation names are totally random and are meant to appear neutral and unrelated to the case, apparently. Obviously they didn't account for the extra sensory powers of @MajorLangShe could have the 15 hours to go or taken anywhere but her phone couldn't be taken outside of the Acomb mast but she could have gone or be taken as far as anyone wanted to. Phone turned off in Acomb mast area.

I always wondered why Police named the case in the beginning as "Operation Cabin"?
