Acouple more questions..
Did anyone of her friends or work colleagues confirm she regulary took her hair straighteners to work.
Was the light coloured car possibly a ford focus seen on the cctv on Heworth road on the evening of the 16th or morning of 17th...
With the date and timeline missing on video of the light coloured car video can we be sure that the date and time of 5.42 on morn the 19th was correct.

Had she limited her options? had she previously borrowed monies from family and friends and not repaid it, I dont think they would be open to lending her more money. The booking of a holiday and another planned for the summer and still owing money would not have gone down well with some I'm sure. I have suggested before that perhaps she wanted to avoid the meeting with SC on the evening of the 18th because she had booked a holiday to Cyprus.

The meeting with Suzy was scheduled for Thursday 19th.
If you recall she was worried about her not turning up but waited until Friday 20th and rang Peter lawrence.
Suzy got George Foreman to go around to Caludias House and knock. When he got no answer, Peter lawrence joined George to check the house and when there was no one there Peter reported this to Police. Police launched a missing person case on Saturday 21st.

The latest CH5 Documentary was very poor and contained this error that said she was due to meet Suzy on Evening of 18th. But Claudia was talking to her Mum and Dad on night of 18th and watching Location, Location, Location on TV. The aforementioned Doc. has created confusion and apart from te new information (Oxer) should be discarded.

If you are referring to the braking car-A light coloured ford focus reportedly seen at 05:42. This was on the morning of 19th March.
I dont think we can be sure that the car can be confirmed as at 05:42 as it appears to be earlier than that based upon lighting conditions.

Can I please respectfully ask that you double check your dates before posting as thats two posts that I have had to correct re dates today.

Im not so sure about that its still appears on the NYP website for the case and they describe it as 'A Significant line of enquiry' If it wasnt relevant or they found it to be a red herring it would have been removed.

As I say, I am not saying that arguing couple were not there.
I am saying that it wasn't Claudia but if anyone it was the perps.
Perhaps a man and his girlfriend and perhaps both those very close to Claudia as mentioned by DCI Malyn?
The scenario here is that perhaps Claudia was seeing the man, the woman found out and then after Claudia was dealt with the couple came to blows about it.

My mistake .. I came to forum after seeing the Channel 5 so took a lot of info from that programme I have recorded it and watched it many times and agree after numerous viewings its editing is very misleading in places.

Good point PJ could be a left hand drive, Being part on the verge and part road the driver only had a short time to take in the car and the people on the other side of the road who were arguing, presumably he had checked his mirror and indicated to pass the car so if distracted by the couple as well as making a maneuvere he may not have taken in too much detail of the vehicle or other persons in it. I haven seen any record of the type of the car or its true colour so this makes me think he was more focused on the couple than the vehicle

Doccumentary-Crimewatch didn't help with portrayal of Vehicle. I have attached the documentary as a screenshot.

In the top right image it shows the car as a car with he Driver door open if a Right Hand Drive and the passenger door if left hand drive. I arrive at this assumption based upon the direction the vehicle is going.
In the bottom photo, it shows the car parked on the opposite side of the road from the top right image??? Here it doesn't show a door open.

Now here is the important bit.

The drop off point that would allow Claudia to walk the last distance to work is as shown in the Top right image. I know this from the white wodden railings a bit further up the road.

So we should ignore the bottom image as the car is on the oposite side of the road to where it would drop her off.

If we look at the top image then we should then decide if it is a foreign vehicle and the passenger door open or, a UK vehicle and the driver door open.
Did he give chase, catch her and start an argument?

In my blog, I show a Volvo that matches this dscription, it is a UK vehicle and is parked in Heworth Place. the vehicle has a personalised reg that suggests the name of a double glazing company owned by one of the Arrested men???

Firstly I asked if the light coloured car was ever seen on cctv on the evening of the 16th or morning of the 17th ...I asked this because CL was reported to have been out with someone that night until early morning so I merely enquiring if this car was seen on Heworth Rd in relation to this liason.

Secondly we were given a date of the 19th and time of 5.42 for the cctv video showing the light coloured focus car breaking on Heworth Road. Given that there was no date or time stamp on the video I was questioning wether we should accept the date and time we were given to be correct.

I refer to the video link regarding the car on the NYP website .. the car is parked on the opposite side of the road (which is the bottom photo in your attatchment) If the NYP is showing it on the opposite verge and they have a witness who advised them of this then I will work off that until they tell us otherwise.

I read your post wrong a so thought you were suggesting that braking car was on a different day. What you were asking was had the police seen the same car on an earlier day-How would we ever know that though as police remain silent on this issue
I agree with you on braking car cctv and date / time stamp and could suggest a cover up

I have become tired of people who post inaccurate and misleading information with one intent-To mislead people.

It is clear that there are dark forces at play in the Claudia Lawrence case.

I have come across many posters profiles in the last year and it is clear that they are either one of the Perps or a friend of the perps in this case.

I cannot waste any more time correcting or making sure that this does not happen.

I wish all of the good people well and the friends that I have made whilst being involved on WS.

Did anyone else notice the shoe print on the scales in the bathroom itcould be hers of course slipper/shoe/boot but very oddly placed oultine to the footwear you wouldnt stand on the scales in this poistion if you were weighing yourself.

Sadly I don’t think the forensic investigation undertaken here was done very well at all (from my knowledge acquired during my MSc in forensic investigation). There is indeed a shoe print which looks like a boot but it could very well be a coppers shoe. Or a perp. But they’ll never know in all likelihood. They’re touching the exhibits with ungloved hands. Items were laid out on a loo seat and photographed, a loo seat that any one could have touched allowing for dna transfer potentially . Where was the scene preservation?

Been away from this thread for the week but interested who the two men are in the photo with here....just randoms in the NH (if the photo was taken there). Have to be careful linking anyone who might have had a drink/social with her in the weeks before she went missing might be POI but those are new names to me so just interested.

Mind you might not get an answer with MajorLang's "retirement." At least stick around for the March "major new piece of evidence"
