SC lived at Tang Hall. There was no cctv at the other end of Heworth Road/ Stockton Lane. There is cost cutter cctv at other end Heworth Road / East Parade. Is there perhaps a reason why some may not want to move away from Heworth Road / Nags Head?
While the cats away the mice will talk.IMO

When Claudia ran (if she did) from Nags Car Park-Take it that she was running away from someone and not to somewhere.
Hope this answers some of questions raised ?
SC is an interesting one-Knows far more than let's on IMO. Not suggesting involvement.

Ah frustrating over lack of CCTV at north end of Heworth road. So SC would've walked past her door to go back home on Thursday 19th then. Like a few I'm a bit surprised she didn't knock or tap on the window that night or even go round the back and see if lights were on or house was dark. Guess CL not turning up for drinks was more regular for her not to be worried that night.

Ultimately she did raise the alarm the next day and phoned up her Dad so her intentions were sound from what I can see and been in shock/grieving ever since.

I pop into York a couple of times a year (know someone who lives in Doncaster). Actually drank in a pub at York Uni called Charles XVII on the campus. It's funny on that day anything about Claudia Lawrence didn't occur to me even so I didn't check out Heworth but will certainly walk up to the area next time to get a feel for the place.

I think since Claudia lived by herself, she would have told someone about the mystery one . Even if just a nickname or what he does for a living .

Always remembering: she loved "bad" boys ..... Maybe, this last one was too bad to tell her friends/crew/parents of him?

Yes but the police have searched that house and many others . Innocent until proven guilty okay ?

Personal speculation is not an accusation of guilt and I'm not necessarily suggesting the house holds secrets relating to the disappearance.

They won't have tarnished that house as didn't live there until some time after
15 Heworth Place was where they lived and that backed into Claudias

Lots of inaccuracies in this PJ3. One is that she turned her phone of they night at 12. Not so. Other was she phoned her Mum- not so Mum phones her. I haven't read it all but it's innacurate.

Suzy wouldn't walk past Claudias on way home that night as she would turn right for Tang Hall. Suzy has said this herself on Social Media. Her other friend JK though would normally walk past Claudias with PR to her house and she didn't check her out even though she stated that like Suzy she was worried that night. JK was barmaid on that evening.

It's speaking in the context of that evening PJ3 as it is in time of event order and then talks about her going to work next day-See attaches. Press made same mistake.

Press made lots of mistakes-What you have to remember is that many Journos just copy past and use Reuters and so if original source is wrong then all will be.

As many know, Claudia lived in Thirlmere Drive after moving from Malton in 2006. This was about a 15 minute walk to Heworth Road / Nags Head- She lived there until late 2007 and then moved to 46 Heworth Road.
I have recently discovered as part of my research that a certain Peter John Lawrence is listed on the electoral role as resident at Thirlmere Road during 2014-2019.

This is not the nicest area of York and certainly does appear quite strange.

Could this be coincidental or is it-The PJL???

She doesnt appear to now as much as her Ex. But unfortunately the Mother of Becky Goulding appears to unwisely convinced joan that Halliwell, who was in an institution on suicide watch at the time Claudia dissapeared was Claudias abductor.
It's all very well suggesting this but if you pin too many murders and missing on Halliwell, the real perpetrators get away scot free.

Half the Nags Head was frequented by Builders and craftsmen.
Yes JK knew the layout of Claudias house extremely well-Apart from the slippers??

That's a very fair analysis.

My main thoughts before were that he was an interesting outsider, seems to murder women on 19th March which is a feature of serial killer, had links up north with his Dad (York isn't that far from Huddersfield) and that eye witness sighting who was convinced it was Halliwell talking to CL when his picture started to get circulated in the media in 2011.

Ultimately though if he was at some centre on the day CL went missing and the police have double checked it then there's little to see.
