It seems they had flimsy evidence !
I keep repeating it... mud sticks ... speak up if you’re innocent !

In fairness, we don't know what the evidence is and most people would claim innocence for this particular offence so words are cheap. Proof of innocence is needed.

I think you’ve gone a bit too far there imo
It’s up to police to proof guilt but meanwhile I can’t see any reason why innocent people should not speak up !

It seems I have more faith in the police. It is easy to say they should prove guilt but you know as well as I do there are thousands of cases in all parts of the world where the final piece of evidence isn't there but the anecdotal and circumstantial evidence is compelling.
To be honest I'm not sure which individuals you refer to as 'friends'. Just the 2 two women? The male acquaintances from the NH? Casual friends from holiday romances?

All friends especially the ones that have been arrested .They can’t all be guilty !
Also I don’t think I’ve ever seen or read anything about 5 out of the 6 proclaiming their innocence.
You can’t proof innocence but you can proclaim ( strongly even )your innocence !

They could all be guilty. Case smacks of multiple involvement in the cover up-No one person could create a disappearing act. Not even Claudia.
It points back to "close associates" again who seem to relish the Ian Huntley style media attention.

Does anyone on WS have video enhancing technology?
I believe that if someone were to enhance the footage of breaking car.
The footage too enhance is to be taken from the camera situated on the exterior of The Limes Student Accommodation.
The particular part of that footage that I believe is revealing is as the Braking car meets the junction of Heworth Road and Heworth Place.

I see at least one person crossing the road quite rapidly as the car disappears past Claudias house.

Also I can see on the corner of Heworth Road / Place a female stood wearing a white knee length skirt / possibly trousers / culottes.

I am sure that the police will have already performed this enhancement but for obvious reasons won't want to share this.

If we can enhance this I am quite confident that we can then establish where we should put our focus in this case and on the personalities involved.

Some sleuths have suggested that Police have it wrong and it is NOT the Nags Head "Mafia" or her "Friends".

Whilst the police seem to be convinced. This is likely to be based upon better quality cctv footage and lead to the arrests and case to CPS.
Others on social media don't agree yet have failed to put forward alternative convincing evidence.

For us to Be able to enhance that footage would be a Social Media game changer and rid many blogs of Trolls and Socks here to disrupt.

WS should have something like a "job placement", where we could search for an expert in the group of fellow members. Would be very useful!

They do allow for recognised professionals and experts to be classified. Law enforcement forces example.
I applied to be recognised as en expert in this case because of my research but never received a reply. Chased twice. No response?

I think, one has to be an expert in a field per profession, independent of the case.
OR family member.
Successful armchair detectives are not wanted, probably. Maybe there are too many?

There are all types of thread here, even for natural disasters, VIPs and so on.

They could all be guilty but on different charges, from perverting the course of justice through to to assisting an offender, preventing the lawful burial of a body, manslaughter and murder - and of course there is also murder by joint enterprise.
