Also I don’t think I’ve ever seen or read anything about 5 out of the 6 proclaiming their innocence.
You can’t proof innocence but you can proclaim ( strongly even )your innocence !

They could all be guilty but on different charges, from perverting the course of justice through to to assisting an offender, preventing the lawful burial of a body, manslaughter and murder - and of course there is also murder by joint enterprise.[/QUOTE]

The particular part of that footage that I believe is revealing is as the Braking car meets the junction of Heworth Road and Heworth Place.
I see at least one person crossing the road quite rapidly as the car disappears past Claudias house.
Also I can see on the corner of Heworth Road / Place a female stood wearing a white knee length skirt / possibly trousers / culottes.

As previously discussed on here there was definitely at least one person walking near that car. I will put it up on my 50" tv screen to see if I can get a better view.

I dont have video enhancement..but I have been told I have a reasonably good eye for detail so this might help.

Yozzer .. Look carefully at the video clip at 1.46
There is a car (marked 2 on the still photo) its off road either exiting or having reversed from the entrances servicing the private driveways opposite CL's house, although a little obscurred from cctv view partly by the large sign its clearly there. Look also at the light beam/reversing lights from car (2) its beaming directly across the road.

The figure (marked 1 on the still photo) has crossed the road and is approaching it.

note:- the light beam from the light coloured car possibly a ford focus is beaming as you would expect straight ahead when travelling onward on heworth road.

You cannot see this vehicle in the shot you wanted us to look at which was 1.56.. you can only see this vehicle from The limes court cctv fronting Heworth road at 1.46

It's the people in photo that are more relevant.
If we can identify the person that's the breakthrough.
White vans are De rigour for van man and so unless we can get a Reg number and even then how do we get the Registered keeper and is the keeper the driver?

Dont worry Ive been working on that one..I cant say more at the moment.

If taxes are, what they are here in GER, then MFT (MT) have to have had a business vehicle and it would have been registered to himself, I think. If it was his "rape vehicle" (sorry!), he wouldn't have lent it to someone.

If it was the black SUV as seen the night before could it have parked in a drive in Heworth Riad and not left the area.
Police commented about black SUV that evening saying that it moved from Caludias house at 21:39. It was spotted by bust at around 21:00. I wonder if police saw it leave the area or jus that it wasn't seen by next Bus Cam because it was safely tucked up in a Heworth Road Drive?

Its at a 90 degrees angle.. Its on the paved area which services the private driveways. The front of the the vehicle is facing the drive way the rear is facing the road.
