nowt there about Cubans and I think if anything the people trying to put fwd the Cuban theory are the ones trying to complex the reality of this investigation
Lee Milench was a chef that she met on holiday in Cuba and he comes from Hale in Greater Manchester area.

I agree @chimpface and that's because the case is so sinister that people come on her to take the focus away from the truth.
I'm sure some get paid for doing it otherwise why would they be so determined to sow the wrong seeds.

It would be good to see your blog again one day Major. Good stuff.

what or who made the police go more than an hour’s drive all the way to Manchester in the first few weeks of the investigation?
The above article was published in the ninth week of her investigation!

Can you tell us here in a few words what is your preferred version of what happened to Claudia obviously you have to choose your words carefully...we can understand that .

Hard to believe she was tracked down and killed by a disgruntled Cuban, rather look a sight closer to home myself

These are your words not mine !

Mine and a few other people I should imagine, think the average Cuban might stand out a bit in heworth

I’m assuming you know Heworth...is this the reason she kept away for awhile?
Obviously they were her friends and no real reason to suspect anyone in particular.
But I do not know why the phrase ‘tracked down’ was used .She knew where they lived and they knew where she lived .
My guess is it was an accident anyway but he panicked. Who ever this person might be !

Couldn't have panicked that much, managed to avoid being spotted, avoid leaving any evidence of ever existing, and also managed to leave no trace of claudia, doesn't sound too panicky that, also I have never been to heworth but I have been to several places of comparable size, people know everyone else and live in each others pockets, that's why I believe a visiting Cuban or two wouldn't go unnoticed

So is this why she kept away from NH for a few days ?
He was spotted twice fhs !
Arguing with her and also talking to her .
Where the police too slow to react !?
No one suspected murder or manslaughter in the first few days . In fact if anyone hinted she was dead ( early days ) was shot down immediately by close friends and family .
Did the police go straight to the very spot he most likely stubbed his cigarettes on the floor where he stood talking to her ?!
Why accepting what her close friends said about her not having a boyfriend when she told her ex Dan she did ?
I agree with her mother the police messed up big time and probably because her father was too successful with his campaign bless him .As SC remarked once about the case being top heavy !

I think the police suspected foul play, turned up mob handed almost immediately, don't get that for a missing person generally unless it's a child

As we note from "Roots" book, which of course was checked before publication by Martyn Dale.
I believe your questions should be directed to Dale as he may have suggested that certain content was not released and the questions should be put to him as to why.
What did Claudia walk in on when she was younger in her home?
What was Peters relationship with Dale.
Claudia babysat for Martyn and Hazel Dale as a young teenager-Did all of this influence her in later life?
IMO

I'll have to read this book. Sorry for being "glum" MajorLang;but who are Martyn and Hazel Dale. And why did they have input into the book

Or unless Claudia was already on the Police's radar because she was involved with the wrong sort of people. And she was involved in something dodgy;whether knowingly or unknowlingly

I think the answers are local or with someone she knows.

But the Police did want to speak to a chap they pictured in a Co-op. By the man's appearance, it is not possible to rule out he is Cuban

Yes someone she but not necessarily local

May be obvious or irrelevant; but the chap that was in the Co-op, of which the authorities wanted to speak to. Could he be Cuban

Didn't he die or have I got wrong identity, Rodney something.
