I suspect that you are saying this because I have not taken time out to find the link to this information. When requested by @keep-it-real

If you knew me well and followed my work you would know that I have invested more time than anyone on the Claudia thread in research.
I forgive you for your comments as you are a new member.
Anyone who wants to search for the source of my comments re Ali Simms and Jen King can do so.

One of the reasons I recently decided to play a smaller part in this thread was because many were expecting me to do their research for them.

Never ever heard a report of her previously being bundled into a car.... That has never been stated by the police. If it has then can we see the evidence please? As ole Trump would say " it's false news". Yes it was the old guy who lived next to the alley into the Nags Car Park-Old Tommy.
He was a regular at the pub and it was reported in the media that he had said this. The incident happened one evening. Peter Ruane has since bought the old Tommys house, he seems to have a strategy of land acquisition in Heworth, owning 15 Heworth Place and his current abode on Heworth Road that he shares with Jen King.

Was she not dating one of the 4 arrested whilst he was already in a relationship with one of Her female friends and did this provide if not a motive, a heated situation that ended in her death, accidental that then resulted in a cover up.
Claudia was also reported to be helping a friend with a relationship issue.
Her sister Ali states Claudia have this as a reason for not meeting her.
She was also helping JK with a personal issue the weekend prior to her disappearance.
Following offering this help to both and individually, Claudia stayed away from the Nags head, perhaps because she would have to face to face the troubled couple. Embarrassing for all.
Was Claudia the "Double Agent" possibly helping both partners in the same relationship and Claudia herself being the cause of the rift? IMO.
It also explains Claudias last text to JK, where she was using and avoiding strategy to not meet her by saying"working 12 days on the trot" We now know that this text was not a truthful representation of Claudia's future schedule.
This would then explain DCI Malyns comments regarding those close to her knowing what had happened and his obvious frustration at the CPS for not allowing him to charge those people due to not having sufficient evidence that would definitely result in their conviction.
This also explains many of JKs bragging statements in the media:
"If I knew who murdered her I would drag them screaming to the police"-Would she still do this if it was an accident?
and
"I hope she was gone before she hit the ground"
Again suggesting knowledge of an accident.
Also
"I want my Claudette back-so that we can put her back together"
Did this suggest that Claudia had gone off the rails-a relationship, drink problem, taking cocaine-Nags Head was being watched by drugs squad at the time and this is why Police call to action following Claudia disappearance was so immediate.

Was the Cocaine or drugs 'angle' to this case explained by a Nose bleed in a room above the Nags Head. I also believe that the alley man cctv was set up to deflect attention towards Alistair Cooper. He was not one of Claudia favourite drinking friends but I don't believe he was involved. It would have been in the interest of the perpetrators to frame him.
Whoever was alleyman would know that they would be caught on cctv.
Did Cooper get a message from Claudia or from someone to frame him?and also to anonymously report the following to deflect attention:

Left handed smoker at Melrosegare bridge sub station.
Couple arguing by Marion car near to university.

Spotted backpack, never discovered in university grounds.

All of the above sightings were most likely reported to police by the perpetrators anonymously.

This case is not rocket science guys unless you get dragged into red herring conversations and theories put on here either for mischief or worse still by the perpetrators.

I'm sure the plods and their highly skilled ppl will have looked at the cctv in great detail and ruled this out as CL..... If it had been CL they would have issued that and stated that she definitely left her house on this date at this time and here is the CCTV that proves it.... However the plods lead us to believe that they still are unsure if she spent the night somewhere other than her own home. I sincerely do not think that however incompetent the police have been with the investigation that they would be so foolish to throw out red herrings to confuse the public whom they are relying on to assist with solving the mystery and bring CL home and the guilty to justice!

Excellent; someone has looked at it. Looking on Googlemaps it had the person i thought could be Claudia walking the correct way to work. I thought it a bit of a coincidence that the Police wanted to speak to a chap that was pictured in the Co-op; and that same person is walking towards a person that could be Claudia walking to work. Thus; the chap could of seen a vehicle moving,stopping or waiting to interact with Claudia. Something could or did happen when the chap in the Co-op was in a particular place. Because the Police would not of wanted to talk to him. My line of thinking was that someone Claudia knew had missed picking her up at her home;and looked for her in the car. And the Police may think the lad in the Co-op could possibly identify a Car and individual or indivuduals

Police found human hair in his back garden and he explained it away by saying they his Dad had cut Blake's hair in the back garden.
What a strange thing to do. Particularly is it wails have been in March / April and still cold weather.
Perhaps it's part of their Romany heritage ?

I have examined the early morning 19th cctv outside of Melrose gate Post Office-It is not Claudia walking in the direction of uni but a male. The person then seen walking in the opposite direction of uni a minute later does look like the guy at Tang Hall coop though, baseball cap etc.
To date there have been no showings of Claudia on morning if 19th.

If someone has long enough hair for someone to pull some of it out in a struggle. Could a haircut involving a shaven head be a way of disguising that youv'e had lumps of your hair pulled out in a struggle?

Lofts with no dividing walls with attatched properties do pose a fire and security risk. Any survey carried out on such a property would flag this up and require a firewall to be built.

If the hair belonged to Beresford as stated then it could have been DNA tested and his explanation verified. If it wasn't his then It was likely that it was included in the Familial and other DNA testing. If it was Claudia's, it would have returned a Familial match.

I doubt if the properties have merging loft space where neighbours are able to access one another's loft space nowadays although this was common place in the days of yore I think anyone purchasing a property within the last 30 to 40 years would protect their space with the erection of a fire wall. I think very few of us believe that CL met her untimely end in her own home anyway. Some may disagree and we are all adults and we need to respect everyone's own theories
