And you could be right .The Tattle’s post intention could simply be to encourage others to spill the beans .
If Union-jane’s post is true I’m sure the police will see it as a misdmeanor and won’t take it any further unless of course there is a specific complaint .

I think the police tried to do too many jigsaws puzzles at the same time !
I don’t know if you are familiar with the goings on at the Nag Head in Peckham ? Lol
But in there you had illegal gambling, selling and receiving stollen goods , pirate videos naughty videos even over charging and contrband from the continent !!

I think the crime wave has moved on apace since the 80's. ;)

But sometimes 'harmless pursuits' can lead to deadly consequences.

Hmm it might be possible to narrow down that barman's identity.
Also I note the follow up comment from same poster:
As I understand it, anyone who spills the beans has to have been involved. That is, there was a conspiracy.
Which would explain the multiple arrests in 2015.

Conspiracy? As in a conspirancy of silence?

Clive Driscoll agrees with you.
And we are going to get the chance to see Machintry’s show ( on Claudia ) again this Tuesday coming !

Where/When please?

This bit I found interesting, considering she is meant to have been drinking a lot, regularly: "He adds that Claudia was a different person when she had been drinking. “If she didn’t like someone she would snarl at them and it could get her into trouble.”"

Regarding this bit: "“She would text me every couple of months,” he says. A year or so later Claudia got involved with scrap-metal dealer Lee Horwell – another married man, whose marriage was ended by the affair. Neither Horwell nor McGinty are suspects." what year would that marriage have ended? In my opinion women can hold a grudge for many years. Has a hitman ever been discussed? JMO.

This has been stated by NYP who wanted to charge the 4 men with involvement in her murder (this could mean acting as an accessory, perjury, manslaughter, joint enterprise, unlawful burial or murder). Ex policeman Mark Williams Thomas thinks it was at least 2 or more persons responsible for her disappearance 'and then her subsequent murder' and occurred on the night of 18th, not believing she slept at her home that night. He has strong views about the 'clientele' of the Nag's Head too without going into further detail.

We know CL would go off with groups of NH regulars - her friends have stated this. So I am drawn to the two vehicles caught by bus cctv at around 9pm on the 18th March.

I don’t remember actually watching his mini series especially the one on Claudia .Is it still available ?
Although reading the article above I have to agree with @MajorLang I don’t think much of Mark Thomas ?!

Me neither but for this programme he met with police (past and present) from the case as well as family, friends etc so I believe he had more info than we are aware of in the public domain. Strangely it is not available on Youtube - I will check ITV hub. Think it was part of This Morning and aired at 10.30am so I definitely won't have seen it.

Thanks for that. I did see that little clip before.
I think that ‘not telling the truth’ if the question was something like ‘ were you present/ involved in what Union_jane had to say’ is not an admission of guilt re her disappearance.I believe the incident happened ( if true ) around 2 years before CL disappeared .

I think, having established (or dragged out of them, more likely) that they had a relationship with CL, the question they are all lying about is now related to the night/day of her disappearance. They were all...ahem....busy doing something else apparently, with witnesses to back them up. It's the 'witness/es' - or alibi provider/s - who hold the key to unlocking the mystery, according to MWT. Dai Malyn has used a similar phrase.

View attachment 246391 Good morning I’ve come across this, this morning possibly he / she deception here ?
On Tattle.life
Who is putting the fear of God there ?

I think it all keeps coming back to the same group of people that have been discussed throughout the years, really. The police don’t seem to be looking at any other angles at all, which I think says it all.

I am also left with the impression that CL was a somewhat naive and not terribly “worldly” person. And may therefore have been taken advantage of by people who knew very well that they could take advantage of her. And that she thought these people were her friends when they really weren’t. And that makes me both angry and sad.
