this is probably completely irrelevant but does anyone know if family spokesman had or has any connections to Leeds or has he always been around the York area

ive no idea if popejohn is leading us on a merry dance, but he says that everyone in York knows who the person. was who killed claudia and why he did it.

if this is true, it doesn't sound accidental, though it might have been unplanned when he met her that evening....you also said something about tracing it back to the mysterious boyfriend....who can't be that mysterious if everyone knows who he is.

I know you can't name names, but any comments , especially about accident versus intent, popejohn.

you seem to have contacts within her friendship group....is this true

we've talked about trying to nibble away at the minor characters to make progress..I think thats what the police are trying to do by getting ids off the cctv...but I dont think they've got much hope on the figures themselves
Where are you situated ? Cambridge ,Oxford or some other university out in the sticks?
I’m still impressed though

If it is not a 'football shirt' hanging in the rear window of the speeding Heworth vehicle on the morning of 19th March 2009 - 5:42am. Then a vehicle parked outside Melrosegate Post Office Oct 2009 needs checking out (the same PO that Claudia used 18th March 2009)... as this has something similar in its rear window.
There's nothing in the rear windscreen. The same vehicle is parked there in March 2010 too. I was more interested in why he changed his driver's wing mirror but then again, if he parks on that busy road everyday, chances are someone will accidentally side swipe his mirror.

@Andyboy I have wavered in the last year between wanting to support SC in what she says and having grave suspicions about what she says.
I would like to think that she is being economical in what she is saying because police have told her to do so-However, sometimes when she comments, less so in MSM but more on social media, I have grave doubts about her.
I'm sure that she, like the police know exactly who are involved.
So is it loyalty to friends or helping police with their enquiries?

Or she’s just frightened of them.

After all, if they are indeed responsible for CL’s murder then it shows they are prepared to kill.

Is this the Hull city supporter ?
I would imagine that there would be quite a few of them in and around York being a Yorkshire team.

I can't see one either.
Can anyone else see what @Tri-Lambda delta can see and if so, can it be clearly seen that it is a "white" Hull City top as was suggested in earlier posts by @tri-Lambda?
delta?
Of course if it was white it could be Leeds United and there are even more of them in Yorkshire.

Strangely, I always thought that Hull had the distinct Orange and Black stripes which would have stood out like a sore thumb?

@Andyboy Is the footy guy so perhaps he can cast his eye over proceedings?

On a different note I'm so pleased that the footy has returned to our screens and I suppose today the only way to support your team is to watch at home or fly a small hanger in the rear of your car.
There could be many more about in future.

If its a white football shirt in Yorkshire I'd think Leeds is far the most likely, if an away shirt I checked this out a while ago, hull did have an away white shirt but as stated by the major there tiger coloured stripes mean they rarely colour clash with anyone else which is why I've never seen them in white, conversely York City also have a white away shirt, but it could be one of many Tottenham, Real Madrid etc

I do hope not, Such a waste of a hanger.

Article here from the sister's perspective. Apparently JL was over at Ali's house when PL broke the news to them on the Friday.
"When she first went missing I was suspicious of all the men I knew she'd dated. Had one of them hurt her? I went through all her exes in my head but they've been ruled out by the police. Then I worried that perhaps a jealous girlfriend or wife had discovered her boyfriend or husband had been seeing Claudia. Had they flipped and hurt her? But nothing has been proven."

Does anyone know anything about finger tattoos? Is this one above her ring or did she doodle on herself?

Peter lawrence continued to pay claudias bills, hence he was so fixed on claudias law to change this situation and for many family’s. In this interview peter don’t seem so sure on this matter?https://webviews.mirror.co.uk/news/...nIGJhY2s=;safetyMeta:3&service=ampVideo#amp=1'
Did he honestly continue to pay her bills, or is that a big fib? In a Sun interview with Joan she said that she met with a representative of Claudias mortgage company at her daughters home and her lender agreed to suspend mortgage repayments. Now that Claudias Law is in place (The Guardianship Act 2019) wll Peter be able to take sole control of Claudias assets or would he need to obtain a Grant o Probate?

I always read this as him being considerate of families worse off than himself; as in he had become enlightened as to what other families in this position had to face. I think a lot of families in adverse situations try to channel themselves into something like this e.g. Suzy Lamplugh's parents, Sarah Payne's mother etc. so that they can make something positive come from losing a close relative. He is clearly uncomfortable in this clip.

Is he wearing a hearing aid? I also noticed what looked like a hearing aid in another picture of him. He seems to be 'reading' Piers Morgan's face as PM speaks.

yes I suppose if you was speaking to someone who knew Joan and peter, they could put a different light on how I perceive peter in interviews. Still I think easy to have headlines in newspapers of others quoting things as fact, but when speaking for yourself then you have said this, can prove tricky imo.
