I read on the Find Claudia FB page ages ago, when an old friend of hers posted (first initial was A) that she had naturally quite frizzy hair and hated it. So it was likely she took the straighteners to work to de-frizz after the heat of the kitchen. To me, that's quite extraordinary, but this is a woman who walked all those miles every day to lose a couple of pounds. So appearance was v important to her.

This came as a surprise to me as every photo of Claudia shows her with perfectly straight hair. One of her best friends though (JK) has frizzy hair and whilst at the time; like Claudia she didn't, if you look at any photos of JK since she is Frizzy.

Also. Bay windows in press article with policewoman outside show 5 small top and 5 larger in Bay. House opposite CL that is detached only have 4 top and 3 bottom. Are you referring to a different press article other than:

Have you noticed the soft top Mercedes CLK in the Press photo of 2015 at time of Heworth Place search-Dark blue? It appears in Google in 2014. In 2012 a silver BMW appears here, likely to be the same owner who likes German sporty cars? At all times they are parked outside number 13 next door? Nice car for house types in this area. Always appear to be parked up here?

Yes I have noted all those things you mention! S is brother & some of what I know comes from previous trawls I made pre GDPR when it was easier to match people to properties online (10 years is a long time to be sleuthing on 1 case). The press article is purposefully vague. D lived in a nearby road which I am wary of listing but it began with H. So there are your 3 properties. I was intrigued by D being described as a wealthy property developer as had always assumed P was the most affluent:
Two of the three arrested yesterday are brothers who live near each other.
The eldest brother lives with a friend of Claudia’s.
 The third man arrested is a wealthy property developer. His sister used to be married to the youngest brother who was picked up by officers.

I have since discovered that D has a sizeable holiday cottage business in addition to the upvc company. Speaking of cars, if you check out the last parked car in HP, a maroon Volvo V40 estate (recurring theme here), appears in 2012 and 2014. You will note the reg changes in 2014 to a personalised plate. The first 3 digits are linked to one of the businesses!
Re the empty space outside 15, I wouldn't be surprised if there was a van parked there at night (which may contain expensive tools) which is used during the day for work, hence the gap.

Yes. Her 2 friends both had straight hair at that time too. It was very much the fashion and still is to a lesser extent. You only have to look at CL's mum and her childhood photos to see what her natural hair would have looked like. Sister looks more like dad imo, CL looks like her mum.

Yes I understand that - but am just saying they did look similar in some of the pics. I feel very sorry for SC. She seems totally and genuinely devastated at losing CL.

"Some people say ignorance is bliss and in some cases that might be true, but there are two scenarios - she's alive or dead, there's no other answer, and either one of those is good after ten years. We would rather just know so we can deal with whatever situation she's in."
I'm sure her parents would prefer the former.

Hi Pinkizzy. If you listen to her speaking on the 10 year anniversary video, when presumably she was asked what would you say to CL today, she actually says "I live opposite you NOW" 4 min 03 sec. The word 'now' isn't quoted in the text accompanying the video but it struck be immediately because she has previously been quoted as saying that she and P would stand at the gate watching CL go in her house to make sure she was safe. I can't find the quote at this moment but she has also stated that her and P had been together since either 2007 or 2008. Unless she hadn't officially moved in but spent most of her time there?

This comment also struck me as hugely insensitive, made in April 2016:
“It’s not just Claudia who’s the victim in this — it has a ripple effect on
everybody else.”
Did cops' obsession with missing Claudia’s 'complex' sex life let her killer slip through the net?

It seems odd to me that this couple who have become so personally embroiled in the case would choose to remain living in that property opposite the home of their missing, presumed dead, friend. Even after all the constant press scrutiny, tv cameras, very public arrests etc, they chose to stay put. Why not have a fresh start?

Why not have put a reward out by the longtime and partly wealthy friends, I wonder. They can't have a clean conscience, I think. Something would be counterproductive, if they would have done so. IMO

Yes and when she mentioned the third scenario-"That she is never found and no one ever knows what has happened" The classic body language-Brush / sweep of the hair

it was on reddit posted by someone. Allegedly it was a group scene of more than 2 or 3 people and possible not just Claudia as the only female.
I don't believe that it is relevant as it was allegedly have happened before she moved to Heworth and does not necessarily bear any relevance to what happened the case-An old boyfriend from Malton.
