Would a hostile force who has abducted and/or killed Corrie wait over a month to capitalise on this for their own gain? If this was done by an ISIS sympathiser for example surely we would know from a propaganda video online or something. I'm leaning more to Corrie being attacked or involved in a hit and run and left for dead at the moment. It's a real mystery how he has vanished into thin air.

If Corrie was the victim of a hit and run, where's his body?

You're supposing that Daesh or another Islamic group would be the only ones interested in abducting a member of the UK military. For their purposes, however, they need to make some sort of propaganda statement/viedo/news release and that has not happened to date.

I've previously floated the idea that the Chinese and Russians have agents working in the UK, who might want to obtain details of UK defences and/or capabilities. I suggest that if either of them had abducted a serving UK military person they would leave no trace of the abduction itself, extract what information they could or wanted, and then disposed of the individual in such a way as there would be nothing to find.

As time goes on, I think it less likely that Islamaloons are involved, more likely that the Chinese or Russians are, but the prospect of some sort of accident or similar remains the most likely explanation.

Thanks to all of you for your dedication to Corrie's case.
Yes they would wait. They are extremely calculating.

Not the Russians he's way too low level to be of interest to them. If they wanted something they would get an Anna Chapman to marry the wing commander!!

Chinese or Russian !

I'll Top Trump you (in that line of thought, but I don't want to go down the "speculative / conspiracy road")
Face down or in water. No shoes or socks. In a place that has been searched already.
Now that would be odd !

That's if you use the "U.S. profile of a discovery of a Missing Person" apparently).

Have just seen this on the FB group - not sure how important it is, but it's yet another detail that's been 'revised' ...

"just a heads up Nicola posted recently that Corrie WAS NOT kicked out of the club. He left of his own accord and went for food apparently"

Seriously I gotta take a break from this one...one minute it's this...next breath family are retracting/changing info... can't make heads nor tails of it

Chinese whispers abound! And it is very, very frustrating.

I think any kind of abduction aside from sexual/SK weirdo is unlikely. To me if he was a target of any kind of even a slightly-organized group targeting a military victim and they were following him that night, I think they would have struck earlier as he seems to have be alone from 1:40am onwards. Even if Corrie wasn't the specific target and the perps were just searching for any kind of military person, I really don't think Corrie's demeanor and clothing choices scream "I am a member of the defense forces".

The bouncers told the mother ????

Now, this is getting very w**** , I mean very revised !

I will post "one more thing" and see what people think. It's a bit "out there". Infact, alot "out there".....

I think if an organised group were trying to abduct him in a discreet way, they wouldn't do it during his sit down for eating/napping because [I gather] he was in full view of CCTV at the time.

Really? Nicola and Uncle Tony are contradicting each other then but to be fair to UT he did post quite some time ago and may have been given the wrong story by Corrie's friends. Maybe he'd had enough and wanted to leave early and it was easier to tell the friends he'd been asked to leave than to admit to be a lightweight and ready for kebab.

But, if we assume the new info is more accurate we need to revise our thoughts about Corrie's actions being influenced by him being drunk. If he wasn't drunk it does remove the issue that his drink might have been spiked but makes it more odd that a not drunk person would fall asleep in a doorway after just sitting down to eat, Maybe he was just exhausted after a heavy week, had gone out to be sociable, wasn't realy feeling it and planned to sober up a bit before driving back to base which takes up straight back to the question of where he'd parked his car - why is this being kept so secret?

For every action, there is a reaction.....

...conversely, a reaction takes an action.

Is the U.K. now going to see a "massive and needed uptake of CCTV" because it was needed.

Call me a cynic. But when stories change..... I get the faintest hint of...... well, anyway !

What does this mean? Could have have returned to the club if he'd wanted to? Did his mates expect him back? Was he heading back to the club?

A question I have to a local is: does that bin area have any particular "reputation" after dark?

I have the "touch of scepticism" about this case now.

The "factoids" keep changing....and no one has come out and said "what is what".

An "Anti Terrorist Consultant uncle" and a "Police Officer mother" telling consistently "shift sands" stories.
No "passionate plea's" from his muckers. Not a pip from the RAF (I would expect more from my CO).

Am I being led gently up the garden path here ???

Trying to find Nicola's post re leaving of his own accord. Haven't found it yet, but have found this posted by Nicola (which might help re how drunk he might have been):

"Corrie sat on his phone for an hour drinking and talking. Then 3 hours drinking in the pubs. And corrie isn't a princess that drinks slowly. That is why he was unsteady on his feet. But he then ate 2 burgers a kebab and chips... the boys love their food. Then he slept for 2 hours x"

Edit: Have also found this post by Nicola, which might be where the confusion is coming from...

"Corrie left the club himself and please. His friends are not responsible for him. Nor would they be able to stop him if he had his mind set on food. People did go up to corrie when he was sleeping and they have been identified and spoken too x"

"Corrie left the club himself" could be taken as "leaving of his own accord" but what she really meant was that he left "himself" as in "alone, without any of his friends".

I don't get it? That there is a 4 hour period (excluding the 2 hour sleep) and I thought he didn't even go to BSE until ~23:00 and we know he got his food at ~01:20 which is only 2 hours 20 minutes?

I'm must be really missing something here.

Maybe the RAF is different ?
When I was young, I have never tried to pass out of the gate with a Provost checking how much I'd "had". When I was older...I had learnt many lessons
And in a car !!!!

The "hole" would be for me. Half an hour the next morning explaining why I was wrong. Then two day being beastied at "Her Provosts Pleasure". Maybe "different regiments have different standards". But returning "hammered" is one thing...leaving "over the limit" was another.

Maybe today is different ? (???????)

EDIT.... did he live on camp ? (On "base" ?) No one has said ????

I agree. Not much point working this until some decent info is released, if ever. How hard can a verified timeline be? Shame.

My ex was military and we drove out of camp many times, never stopped at all as the guards saw the car approach they would raise the barrier and you woud just drive straight out, if that was the case for corrie it would be easy to do (albeit very silly!)
