I think this is the correct Bowls Club. A random Monday night fixture list shows a round commencing a 6.15pm and another at 8.15pm.

I don't know how long a game of bowls takes, but judging by the two hour gap between games, I'm guessing it could have been close to 10pm when they left, with a 30 minute drive home according to google maps.

So it may have been late(ish) when they returned home, and JS probably assumed HB was in bed.
A lot of guesswork has gone into this post, so happy to be corrected.
He had a very busy day on the 11th. He visited the solicitors, the doctors, the tip and Cambridge.
Jamie said he was never made aware of two men called Joe and Nick, and denied his Dad had spoken to him and told him that the two men had taken Helen away.

Many thanks.
So - Helen's last activity is 10.58 hrs
ISs phone is not active 11.43 - 12.59
So first trip would be to the tip probably to get rid of duvet. It is very close by, 4 mins at most in the car
So between 1 and 2pm
Then time to go back to Hartwell Lodge ( change clothes ? )
Then to Surgery - depart the house 2.40 ish to arrive Surgery at 2.54pm
Departs Surgery 3.07 pm - could be at Solicitors by 3.30pm ( Penn Sassoli is about a 5 min drive from Hartwell Lodge )
Don't forget he changed the bank transfer too!
The pale blue shirt he wore to the afternoon surgery appointment seems to be a sticking point with the defence.
Is this just me or is that not very odd..... assumed Helen was home but never asked IS if she was joining them for supper, or if she was ok ????
