I don't care how long it takes. The only thing that matters is that Big Bean ends up in the big house.

Good morning all :)

Hoping for a good summary today to set the tone for a guilty verdict tomorrow (I assume).

Happy Birthday Jen xx

Hope you get what you wish for [emoji324]

I'm hoping for a quick delivery of the jury's decision. It will be an extra kick in the teeth once he realises people haven't wasted much time talking about him.

Is that his scar?

Shaved to show it off and get jury sympathy no doubt.

My memory might be playing tricks on me but whilst the jury might have been unaware of Angelina Kluks murder I thought they would have been well aware of Vickis. The discovery of hers and Dinah McNicols bodies were headline news nationwide and there were BBC cameras at Vicki Hamilton s which was earlier.

I thought they meant the jury didn't know of the rapes Tobin had been convicted of involving the 14 year olds a number of years earlier

When they select the jury they ask them if they know of the defendant or have heard of him etc. They only select members who have no knowledge. This is an essential part of the justice process. You'd be amazed how many people don't read or watch the news.

Michelle has got to have a seat - after all her trips to St Alban's she needs to be given priority.

The Ross Poldark one came to mind.... (just the scar)

Good morning and happy birthday jenspired.

I think I'm going to be left with a sort of mental twitch unless everything is well summed up this morning (I believe it will be). For instance I have been trying to remember how the Nick and Joe story fitted into the events of Monday 11 April... when did they come? was there a note in this story that got thrown away?
I'll just sit in a corner and mumble anxiously to myself!

Good morning my fabulous fellow Websleuthers - and a very happy birthday to you Jenspired, may your birthday wish come true!

Dolly-Dog and I were up with the lark. A thick fog has rolled in today and it felt really atmospheric picking our way along the bridal path (I have to carry Dolly everywhere, she's disabled but she loves to get her nose into the fresh air and shout abuse at a few passing dogs).

My thoughts inevitably turned to Helen and Boris and all the walks they enjoyed together but never would again, thanks to the evil and greed of one man.

We stand shoulder to shoulder with you today, willing Judge Bright to untangle the mess of lies presented by the Defence, so the Jury can see the truth of what happened to Helen and Boris and return a Guilty verdict. I have every faith in them that will happen and have a bottle of champagne on ice and some cocktail sausages for Dolly, to celebrate the blessed moment the Jury foreman announces the magic word GUILTY. Dolly knows her sausages are there, and is hoping for a speedy verdict more fervently than anyone! Here she is, in a rare snap of her sitting upright:
