Who is paying this?
NHS?
Meaning taxpayers?
Phew!
This is interesting but from what I can gather not particularly accurate and quite dismissive of the evidence presented at court. To sum one major sentence in the article they talk about goings on in the initial stages of police involvement and use the words "no evidence beyond coincidence" this is almost entirely dismissive of all expert testimony presented at court and is said before the thorough examination by police. Not quite sure of what the "dossier" contains but if it purely revolves around that time frame I would guess its a nothing burger really.
