It's strange. He's making out that DE has just rung him to announce he's changed his mind! I found the transcript to the murder or mistake documentary on Reddit Lucy Letby trial forum.
Yeh that's what I thought. Weird for md to go on like that as if it wasn't permitted at court or had Ny bearing on anything. Its been explained numerous times. The way I read it was Evans had completely changed his opinion not what happened at court. Clickbait bs.

McDonald’s session will explore the complexities of expert evidence in Letby’s case, offering invaluable guidance on how expert witnesses can provide the most credible evidence in court.

Is it just me or does this actually sound like he's trying to not so subtly manipulate the way in which expert testimony is given and how expert witnesses arrive at their conclusion in the hope of getting the results he wants for Letby and the rest of his murdering no-hoper's?

This all seems rather seedy to me, possibly bordering on professional impropriety.

All my own opinion, for the avoidance of doubt!

This is 100% strategic for him - he doesn’t give two hoots about letby … she’s just a vehicle for him to up his “ profile “ and the various freaks on his books.
He is trying to change the system here.
It’s staggeringly laughable.

I can see how this happened in a way. As a qualified nurse he knew what he was doing, so no suspicions there. And posed as an agency nurse in A&E, the place you're probably least likely to get caught out!

What do people think of the private eye? This is Phil Hammond writing so don't know what to say. Although I presume the stated turn around from Dewi on baby c isn't quite as dramatic as quoted here. It's a fb post I've seen and quoted directly from it so think it's allowed? The fb post says Dewi has "publicly reversed" his position on baby c which presumably so or deceptively not (from the eye) means he thinks the baby wasn't harmed? And that he now thinks the jury "was misdirected" on her cod. Urm sounds like bs to me what about everyone else ?

Eta is after the recent documentary.

If you are on X and look up Deb Roberts she done a really good article on Dr Hammond and baby C.

I love Deb … she just annihilates these ridiculous puff pieces by the Letby stans.
It’s like a trip down memory lane with the shredder chat …. She didn’t have one OKAY !

I have taken some screen shots as the full article is quite long. Taken from Deb Roberts, Phil Hammond- Letby narrative never let the facts get in the way of a good story.

Now to hear the context just makes me wonder what the hell Hammond is thinking. I remember Dr Evans testimony on that and the evidence I didn't think Hammond was talking about that tbh. Seems like Hammond is just lacking or mistaken. I do tire of hearing this kinda bs as well, there's been so much of it.
