Fairly sure she did. She was going out to join IJ on his ski holiday. Not that that confirms she was a skier, but on balance I would guess she was.

what a pity that Sadie never saw Walsh when she was there - she might then have been more than suspicious when Walsh turned up with the flowers, knowing that she was a pupil of Williams.

Indeed. It is seriously not good news for IJ if it is true and he was still having a relationship with Williams.
I would really like to know who was the older man that was helping Williams to renovate her buy to let property. If it was IJ that is not good - but it could have been David Hardwick I suppose.
