GUILTY UK - Sara Sharif, 10, found murdered in house, Surrey, Aug 2023 *POIs ARREST* #5

BBM

I hope the other two are terrified, and looking over their shoulders now.
They deserve to feel the fear that poor little Sara was living every day

This seems to happen everywhere.

I remember a terrible case in Poland of a little girl murdered by a lover of her mother.
The child was against the relationship and the guy decided to kill her as he was obsessively "in love" with a woman.
(It later turned out he had some MH issues).

The public was enraged.
Authorities wanted to send the murderer incognito to prison to avoid him being harmed
BUT
the inmates somehow knew he was coming.

The moment he was entering
the whole prison was shaking with "welcome" chanting.
And I mean - literally shaking with shouts.
The noise/chanting was heard everywhere.
I will not quote what was being shouted.
It was terrifying.
The video appeared in Internet.

Those who harm children are absolutely hated in my country - both in and out of prisons.

And inmates somehow always know who is who
and with what paragraph the person lands in prison.

Grapevine I guess.

That's how it is.

This is a further article on the issue of the anonymity of family court judges who were earlier involved in Sara's case (following the ones I linked to on page 1 of this thread). The appeal is on 14 and 15 January and will be live streamed.

One can but hope he now knows the kind of fear Sara faced daily, karma is a biatch.
What's disappointing is how little Urfan will actualy learn from this attack. I can imagine the aftermath...
Prison official: "Mr Sharif, could you tell us who did this?"
Sharif (lying pathetically in fetal position, fake waling, points bloodied hand): "Those psychos over there!"

Barf

I wonder if he also mentions something about "black magic"??

"Revealed:

Identity of convicted killer

'who viciously attacked Sara Sharif's father with a tuna lid'.

Killer father had his throat slashed open by a notorious double murderer,
it has been reported.

Steven Sansom -
who killed Sarah Mayhew, 38, last year and cut her body up with power tools -
allegedly attacked Urfan Sharif on New Year's Day with a tuna can lid.

The 46-year-old, who also murdered a taxi driver when he was 19,
is said to have cornered Sharif in his cell with the help of another inmate,
sources said.

'He and another inmate apparently pounced on him as he walked back to the wing after a shower,
forced him into a cell and slashed him'.

'The other bloke,
who is also a murderer, held the door shut'."

I will never feel any sympathy for Urfan Sharif.

BUT the man who attacked him is no hero. His victims had mothers who grieve for the children. The family of Sarah Mayhew (may she RIP) must be devastated. He didn't leave her body parts 'in a field' (The Mail are so awful) the word 'field' is part of the name of a public park. Where children Sara's age could easy have come across her remains. Which have not all been found.

This man has no moral high ground whatsoever and I don't want to see any part of our criminal justice system handed over to vigilante violence by violent criminals. Our democratic society must remain in control.

The Court of Appeal in London will this morning begin hearing the appeal by two journalists against the ruling that family court judges involved in Sara's case between 2013 and 2019 cannot be named. It will be live-streamed from Court 4 and I will look for the link.

I posted about this on the first page of this thread.

Joshua Rozenberg is reporting on this.

I missed this last week: it's the ruling by Lady Justice King that the circuit judges involved cannot be named during the appeal proceedings. It is also spelt out that the children cannot be named.

I tried to post a link to the appeal hearing on the previous ruling on the anonymity of the family court judges, but it turns out that this has been disabled by the court. So if you want to watch the live stream you have to go to the Court of Appeal YouTube site, court 4 and click on 'Live'.
Court of Appeal (Civil Division) Court 4 .

PS Having gone to all those lengths I'm finding it much too technical to follow, so far at least, and think we'll have to rely on reports in the Law Gazette or Joshua Rozenberg to give us the main points.

In general I think "prison justice" indicates that the prison wardens are not in control of the situation. I understand, they are people and have kids at home, but still, I agree with you.
