Police: Man "obsessed" with Utah girl slashed her throat - CBS News

Citing the court documents, the Tribune reports French called Bagshaw repeatedly in the days before she was killed and met with her on the day of the murder about accusations he had raped her. A friend who was with French that day said he dropped him off at Bagshaw's house, and when French returned, he had blood on his face and hands and said he had cut the girl's throat.

More new info but not why he was living there and no court updates

I am from Utah but moved to Wyoming 5 years ago.
I used to be able to look up anything I wanted, they must have changed things.
They even shut down Utah Right to know website (UtahsRight.com). It had everything on there!
I can still see the Court calendar, but it won't let me search a name.

I can't find a thing! It's driving me mad, you would think there would be updates.
Ok, I asked/begged my daughter to go to the courthouse. She still lives in Utah. I hope she says yes.
I emailed Gephardt (news guy) , nothing back yet.
Tried calling the SLC District attorney. It gives a number on the website, to call for 3rd District Court case information. Well, I hung up, I couldn't get a human on the phone.

She said,
"He has a 3-day court appearance set to begin March 11 of next year".
I gave her a huge thank you!!
My daughter forgot to go to the courthouse for me.

*Pretrial Hearing (for 3 days) – Day 1 (@ 8:30am MT) – UT – Baleigh Bagshaw (15) (May 7, 2018, Salt Lake City) – *Shaun French (24) booked (5/23/18) on aggravated murder (1st degree felony) & aggravated burglary (1st degree felony), obstruction of justice (2nd degree felony) & also charged (5/8/17) with 3 counts of unlawful sexual activity with a minor (2nd degree felony) for Feb, 2017 crime. Which has been sealed. Held on $500K bond.
Was on the run after BB’s murder; a $500K arrest warrant was issued; was arrested in Otero County on 5/9/18. 5/23/18 extradited back to Utah following his confession.
11/27/18: 3 day hearing scheduled to start 3/11/19.
