I may be wrong but I believe this is for inmates who are incarcerated in federal prison, whether they are awaiting trial or convicted and serving time.

that website says.... Only persons convicted of violating Federal laws (that is, laws of the United States) are sent to Federal prisons. Some individuals awaiting trial for violating Federal laws are also held in Federal prisons.

But there is not a federal prison in CDA where he is being held. In fact I can't find referance to a Federl prison in ID at all and there won't be any info on that site until he is being held in a Fedral prison.​

If he was a suspect, one would think the police department would have a press conference or at least compose a press release naming him as a suspect, provide his photo and identifying information and ask the public to contact them with any information they have.

The term "suspect" and "person of interest" are often interchanged yet law enforcement will tell the general public they don't mean the same thing when behind closed doors they probably do!

So, questions just keep popping up now, not that they didn't before, but WHO helped him? OR did he have help? HOW did the Yukon get back to Lewiston? Did he drop it and have a ride back, take the bus, was his car already there! GRRRRR

So if he went to go look for Rachael in mid-february with this gun why couldnt the guy that KNEW he was doing that come out sooner? It has to be hard to go to the police, I understand that part, but this is someone's LIFE..... makes me wonder if where we are sitting now could have been prevented in February...

Also the post about the search was posted at 12:49 P.M. and they were leaving from the church in moscow at 2:00 P.M. to drive down to lewison and search. The next post at 8:31 P.M. says they did go search and did cover quit a bit of ground. Also if you read responces to that post it sounds like they also sent e-mails to church members.

I wasn't aware that FB was time zone sensitive???? I see the original post as of 1:49 pm on 4/20 and the next post, later that evening at 9:33 pm---Strange.... I see where five people responded later that evening and the next day, and the comment on the search. I had forgotten about that..Seems there is not alot of activity on the site, except for the annoucements of the young peoples groups and the men's group...and lots of eating being done.
As far as emails, why send everyone an email--(and what church asks for your email address?) when everyone apparently has a direct link to their FB page? Doesn't make sense.
