I may be wrong but I believe this is for inmates who are incarcerated in federal prison, whether they are awaiting trial or convicted and serving time.
About the Inmate Locater
The Bureau is responsible for the custody and care of sentenced Federal inmates, as well as a significant number of pretrial detainees and pre-sentenced offenders for the U.S. Marshals Service and the Immigration and Naturalization Service. The Bureau also has custodial responsibility for District of Columbia felons sentenced to terms of imprisonment.

that website says.... Only persons convicted of violating Federal laws (that is, laws of the United States) are sent to Federal prisons. Some individuals awaiting trial for violating Federal laws are also held in Federal prisons.
But there is not a federal prison in CDA where he is being held. In fact I can't find referance to a Federl prison in ID at all and there won't be any info on that site until he is being held in a Fedral prison.

At least they have finally named him as a suspect. http://www.dnews.com/breaking-news/1405/.
Thank you for sharing the link Letsgosleuth.
The arrest was not made in connection with Anderson’s missing persons case, Duke said.
However, Steven Lowhurst, resident agent in charge of the Spokane field office for the Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives, said Capone is considered a suspect in Anderson’s disappearance.
I didn't know the ATF could declare someone a suspect in a missing person's case. ???

The link above lists the Profile of a Sociopath. From what I've heard and read about CC, he fits right in.
"Glibness and Superficial Charm"
Repeated acts that could lead to arrest.
B. Conning for pleasure or profit, repeated lying, or the use of aliases.
C. Failure to plan ahead or being impulsive.
D. Repeated assaults on others.
E. Reckless when it comes to their or others safety.
F. Poor work behavior or failure to honor financial obligations.
G. Rationalizing the pain they inflict on others.
And the ones I listed are just a few. I want to know -- WHO IS CC?
Also the post about the search was posted at 12:49 P.M. and they were leaving from the church in moscow at 2:00 P.M. to drive down to lewison and search. The next post at 8:31 P.M. says they did go search and did cover quit a bit of ground. Also if you read responces to that post it sounds like they also sent e-mails to church members.
