From what this article says, LE showed her threatening stuff that Shawn apparently wrote on his 'memo pad' on his cell phone. Sounds weird to me, who saves threats on their memo pad???

Anyway, I am guessing they shoed her those threats and 'suggested' she take out a PO. If she was sitting with in the DA's office like some have said, then they could get her a temporary order instantly.

Its so interesting. I was just reading the first Hailey thread on WS (I'm bored.). I was so impressed at how fast and effectively you guys mobilized to get the MSM involved. I highly doubt anyone expected her story to take off like it did.

I can go back and check, but I think it was in one of the first interviews BD did where she said she wants Hailey to come home and that Hailey isn't in trouble. I'm totally paraphrasing here - I'll try to find it again. I think, though, that it wasn't a direct quote.

The mother of missing Colorado City teen Hailey Dunn said she filed a no trespassing order against her boyfriend, Shawn Adkins.

Billie Dunn said investigators found disturbing messages about her in Adkins' cell phone Thursday. She didn't wish to go into detail, but described the content as "threatening."

Dunn said Adkins can't come on her property for a year under the order she filed Friday.

LOL. The local media certainly leaves much to be desired. They've either sided on the issues at hand or can't string a proper sentence together. Either way, no one out there is doing anything close to investigative journalism and unfortunately, BD has burned all bridges with any remotely competent media there is.

There is a notepad on a phone where you can put notes to remember things like groceries etc. Instead of making a written list on a piece of paper you can type into a notepad application on your phone.

I'm starting to think that a lot of the times, she just doesn't have a clue as to what is really going on. She might be stupid, she might be disabled, she might have a mental disorder, she might be super-duper drugged up...I don't know but something is certainly not working for her up in the "grey" matter...

But it is more consistent with earlier statements that he couldn't come on her property for a year. I think it may be like the Kaine Horman murder for hire stuff... LE wanted her to know threats had been made, regardless of whether they had been acted on. I hope he stays away from her. I'd hate for her to end up missing too.

Yes, like if you need to write a quick note to save for yourself or something --you can write yourself a quick note and save it. I have written reminders to pay the electric bill or to call my brother on his birthday---but never reminded self to 'threaten' someone violently. lol
