It is all unraveling. Because of the . This case may have gone unsolved like so many others. But the deviant sex is going to be what brings everything into focus and puts pressure to bear on BD and SA. This case has been broken wide open.

First one to offer up the location of Hailey gets the deal. It's going to be Shawn IMO. Billie still thinks she is smarter than Law Enforcement. Even in her press conference she said LE is just trying to pin this on someone. Didn't she learn her lesson yet that you don't tick of LE?

She got a lawyer today me thinks. This is her lawyer's way of defending her against the charges of obstruction of the police. She will claim in much stronger terms that he threatened her not to tell on him. She is already claiming she called his mother.

Sumtin tells me she lawyered up sometime today.

well billie now knows the neighbors have seen SA on her porch smoking at 5am and at her house all the time and it is on the media reports...

she cannot do this out in the open anymore

so I am very interested to see if she does anything sneaky in her desperation to be with SA

This can easily be verified but will have to wait until Monday.

And yes, one can get a PO in a very short amount of time but it is a temporary PO. Misty Croslin got one against her brother Tommy the day after he got in a fight with Ron Cummings.

What happens is you go pay the fee and have it filed with the court. From that point on it is valid and can be enforced for a short amount of time (week or two?) until you go in front of the judge and give due cause as to why it should be made permanent. If you don't give due cause the judge will deny it and it will no longer be valid.

It's a big joke, imo, Billie may very well end up violating her own PO by continuing to see SA and get arrested again but she will blame it on Shawn!

You are spot on. Actually, it remains valid until you go to court, however long it takes to get on the docket. Then the judge makes a decision. I was looking into this recently for another issue and this is exactly how it works. :highfive:
