Dunn admitted to lying to police on Thursday night, but would not explain why. She said Adkins was at her house because he wanted to talk to her about something, but she didn't specify what.

According to Dunn, Adkins cannot come near property for a year under the protective order. She said she has no plans to see him again and will not rekindle a relationship with him in the future.

Wow - it just keeps on keeping on doesn't it. She forgot to mention it in her statement, but continued to protect him? She said he came over to talk about something, but would NOT state what that something is. She called his mommy - he didn't.

Now she's saying she has a protective order? I would think a quick call to LE could sort that out.

When did she find time to file this protective order? When in jail?

We've all known her movements from the time of arrest until release. Did she go to the court today? She doesn't have an attorney, so how did she file a Protective Order (or even complete one for that matter).

Maybe she thinks she has a protective order because she asked one of the LEO's to file it for her?

Don't you have to go in front of a judge to get a Protective Order (ala Brooke, Charlie's ex wife).

I really want to believe her...but...

Probably during the interrogation she kept saying but I've told him not to come around and he keeps doing it. And now look what happened he got me in this mess. So the Sheriff or Investigator from the DA called her bluff and said well why don't you get a protection order then.

So it is finally starting. We might actually see her begin to throw him under the bus now. The cops interrogated her for 2 and a half hours last night. I think it has been alleged that the FBI was behind the warrants to search the properties.

So they must have rode her hard last night. She may have gotten the message that this is not going away. So she ius going to cover her own arse now it seems/

I'm calling her bluff. If she said the PO was in reference to what happened last night, it's not (IMHO) possible for a ruling to be made within 24 hours -- let alone filing and completing the paperwork.

This is just her way of trying to create damage control. First she tries to align herself with Clint because the public sympathizes with him and now this charade.
