Yea he is going by what happened a month or so ago. It has been quiet on the Anthony front for the last 3 weeks becuase the media moved way down the block. He is just repeating himself.

County disputing motion to seal (public records law) Defense needs to come up with legal expection to public records law, if motion is granted county can be sued for not complying with providing records... County says allwing her to travel creates difficulty with OC Corrections and home confinement...
