I can't help but notice that the state is stressing "used in the child neglect case"--they are holding on to the relevance of discovery on the murder charge.

Exactly this is their trump card today.

Since the Grand Jury is meeting Tuesday, the State is not concerned about any of this since they have 10 days to produce the evidence and even an extension is needed.

They are wanting the "tips" to the sighting of the child.
