I've kept a tally of his objections per witness; there may have been a couple more that I missed:
10:34 = 21
11:27 = 19
12:30 = 21

They are planning to view the vehicle on Tuesday.
At this rate he'll beat his record from yesterday pretty quickly.

IMO DB is trying as hard as he can to get 1 of these witnesses to lose their cool on the stand so he can call for a mistrial.

I have a feeling that the jury deliberation phase will be so fast that it gives people whiplash. If his goal is to poison he jury against him, he is doing an excellent job of it. Not only is he drawing everything out needlessly. He is also helping the prosecution make their case with half the questions he asks. They confirm the points being made and he opens up follow up questions that are harming him.

I missed that part this morning, She has so little control. He has no respect for her or her court. With that said, I have no idea what she should do about it.

Read this whole thread/tweet, from a reporter regarding a "scuffle" with DB and court bailiffs during court last week. The court released the info to the public yesterday. This dude is unhinged..MOO

I guess he got “froggy” the day he mowed down all those people, killing some.

After he did all of what was reported when he was removed to the other room the other day when he removed his shirt, that is when he pitched a fit about his little cut that we endlessly heard about. What a piece of work.

Am I alone in feeling like even if someone elects to defend themselves, the state should at.least provide a 2nd chair attorney to assist them. This is sad watching him waste peoples time.
That’s not how it works, AFAIK. I believe the judge told him, he chose to decline a public defender and to represent himself. He is trying to choose a middle approach, have a paralegal attend to his legal ignorance. Remember that he also claims he’s a sovereign citizen.

It is sad, and didn’t have to happen. But he was declared competent to stand trial and competent to self-represent.

He chose this route.

He isn’t special.

I feel like he is intentionally trying to make things harder for the witnesses by interrupting and asking unnecessary questions. Like making the cop explain what it means that he's "pretty good with cars." He is obviously intelligent enough to find semi-related caselaw and sometimes put together decent sounding legal arguments. The judge has directed him to the hearsay statute multiple times and even explained the meaning to him. Yet, he is still objecting on questions where they are asking for the witnesses recollection of an event, or even their own opinion. It is frustrating to watch.

I’m thinking she’s doing the best she can. Keeping her cool mostly, and letting it be a trial that is as fair as can be under the circumstances. She’s getting him on his inevitable path to prison.

Maybe he calls everyone’s testimony hearsay since he doesn’t even believe HE is DB. So in his feeble mind, everyone is talking in the third person, even when directly speaking for themselves.

Have they been able to admit a photo of his mugshot to show what he looked like then? Maybe they will soon getting into testimony of when he was caught.

Wonder if DB is about to get an education on hearsay.

I’m guessing they didn’t have a dictionary of legal terms in his “How To Be A Lawyer For Dummies” book.

Judge just removed the jury so she could school this pretend lawyer again.

Can you imagine what he was like in school? Or when his mom told him to clean his room?

He keeps saying he’s there on behalf of client. So… where is his client? Wil he later try to say the defendant was not present in court? Didn’t face accusers per law?
