Thats what I was wondering (edited my post to reflect). If it were the same why would it take so long for the amber alert. If different very scary.

Just now on ABC news an Amber alert about a 13 year old girl abducted from a bus stop in North Carolina. But since it was broad daylight cops already have description of vehicle and perp. That should help explain why the Closs killer(s) worked at night when the highway was empty and eliminated all witnesses.

Hania was actually taken from her neighborhood, not the bus stop. She went out to start her family's car and was standing outside waiting for her aunt to come out to drive her to school when a man forced her into the running vehicle and drove away with her. She was screaming as this happened and police have said there is no indication she knew this man who abducted her. He was wearing a bandana to cover his face.

I strongly believe they were to a cushion that was once tied to it. But what is the silver thing sticking up at the front of the seat? I cant blow the picture up big enough to tell what is is, if anything.

Without new information, this case looks cold (at least in terms of what can be discussed here). So, now there will be repetitive posts about the 50,000+ cars on the road that may match the description of cars that may or may not have any connection, the one found on Oshkosh by gosh, the creep who came for her underwear, or links to other cases, and without any basis people certain they know the motive. Time for LE to make some traction or release more details.

It does look like it could be that. I kept thinking something was stuck through the chair but I think youre right.
